First
experience
with
this
location
was
mediocre.
We
were
a
party
of
6
adults
and
3
children.
Came
in
for
a
birthday
luncheon
at
11:30
am,
shortly
after
opening.
We
were
seated
quickly
and
our
waitress
wrote
down
our
drink
and
food
orders.
We
all
felt
we
waited
quite
a
while
for
our
food
to
arrive.
We
did
not
order
any
special
requests,
add-ons,
just
straight
off
the
menu.
We
noticed
other
tables
who
had
4-6
people
in
their
group
received
their
order
prior
to
us
even
though
we
were
seated
in
advance.
Our
waitress
did
not
come
back
to
our
table
until
about
30
min
after
she
took
our
order
to
which
we
asked
about
the
status
of
our
food.
She
told
us
we
were
a
big
party
and
sometimes
it
takes
long
(however
other
parties
of
4-6
had
their
food
faster
than
we
did
and
we
sat
down
ahead
of
them).
Shortly
after,
the
waitress
came
back
with
our
food.
It
seemed
like
our
food
was
sitting
out
for
awhile
due
to
the
fact
our
fries
were
a
little
cold
and
stale-like.
The
rest
of
our
food
was
warm
and
tasted
great.
When
we
finished,
our
waitress
was
quick
to
hand
out
the
checks
which
she
had
to
re-print
as
3
of
our
tickets
were
not
correct.
One
did
not
have
our
points
and
free
dessert
coupon
accounted
for,
and
the
other
two
were
together
when
they
should
have
been
split.
After
she
handed
us
the
correct
checks,
we
paid
and
she
came
back
to
give
us
our
cards.
She
said
her
goodbyes
yet
we
were
still
waiting
for
our
free
brownie
listed
as
the
freebie
for
the
day.
We
waited
10
minutes
before
we
asked
our
same
waitress
about
our
brownies.
She
went
to
the
front
and
came
back
to
tell
us
they
had
packed
them
to-go
(which
she
told
us
initially
they
could
not
do
hence
why
she
gave
us
an
extra
to-go
container)
and
that
they
were
sitting
at
the
front.
We
check
on
our
brownies
on
the
way
out
and
they
were
rock
hard.
Not
worth
the
freebie,
not
worth
the
wait.
Overall,
we
were
disappointed
with
service
and
lack
of
communication
with
our
waitress.
