Not sure exactly what happened here. Usually Freddy's has amazing burgers. Never had any issues, today I stop by for a quick bite after work. I make sure it had no onions, no pickles, and this is the meat in the burger. $6 for just a burger with "swiss meat"

Stopped in for a quick burger and chili cheese fries for my elderly dad after he had fasted for a medical procedure and wanted a good, satisfying lunch. Empty restaurant, no one to be seen as we waited at the counter. Poked my head into the kitchen area and finally saw someone and let her know we were there. She came to the counter and was curt and cold. Maybe because I dared to look for someone to place an order? Or we had disturbed her? She gave us an order number, despite that we were the only ones in the restaurant the whole time and when she called out the number, Dad went to see if it was ready but didn't see her or the food. We sat a long time before I went to investigate and saw that she had placed the tray down on the rear counter and we didn't know it was there. It sat getting cold as we sat hungry, wondering where the order was, despite us being the only customers there. She couldn't let us know it was ready when it was sitting there a while? We certainly didn't feel welcome. Everything was cold, burger meat was overly greasy, too thin and seemed burnt. It seemed like it had been sitting out on the grill a while. Cold, hard fried but the chili wasn't terrible. Will definitely be going to the In N Out Burger nearby next time instead.

I have seen roaches behind the counters! In the dessert toppings and on the walls! Ive noticed in my multiple times of being here that when a spill occurs in the lobby, that they never use a mop and theres NEVER A WET FLOOR SIGN TO BE SEEN! And a friend of mine who previously worked there, when her family had covid her manager said he would mail her pay check over to her, which never happened. But when she quit HE MAILED IT! Also! 98% of the time their bananas are either brown or rotten! -Anon

Had a regular size cheese curd and I was sort of expensive went back the next day had the patty melt it was very very good.

Place isn't clean and the food is so-so. Custard desserts are still good but the wait staff is rude and unattentive.

My partner and I visited this Freddy’s on 11/06 around 8pm. We’re longtime Freddy’s customers but after this visit, that changed. I understand that these are trying times because of covid-19 but they weren’t even close to being busy and we had a very simple order. When we first pulled up to the window the cashier had our order wrong. As we went back and forth for a while she acted extremely confused and gave me the side eye multiple times. We paid and realized that she charged us for an extra concrete that we didn’t order. When we received our food it was all pretty much cold and two concretes were melted. The absolute worst part of it all was that the onions on our burgers were literally 1 INCH thick and completely solid. They were the worst burgers we’ve ever had. They were completely inedible, the buns were soggy on the bottom and the onion was thicker than anything else on the burger. My partner ended up throwing his burger away.

This is 3rd strike for us. Three times now the young lady taking the order for drive thru has not been able to get it right, much less care. Last time order was incorrect. Onion rings were actually pooling grease in their container. Burgers were cold and just not as good as we were used to getting at Freddies. This time a simple desert order was incorrect.

So stopped at the Buda Texas location ,placed order and it came out to 37.17..Ok get to window hand the guy 40.17...What's my Change??? 3.00 correct well he entered 20.00 and then 20.00 again and give me back 2.81 cents???? Really who's letting go this guy handle money??? It seems he can't do simple math...

First time coming here and the food is absolutely great. Definitely not healthy but we weren't looking for that, the cheese curds were an experience and the sweet choices afterwards are just perfect!

It took them 25 minutes bfore we got our burgers, they said somehow they over looked our order. It wasn't very Crowded at the time. Burgers were good, wasn't impressed with the stick fries. Kinda pricey also..

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I've given them a couple of chances since the very first time I went there it was amazing, but both orders since have been disgusting train wrecks. Cold, tasteless; stuck to the side of the box so the burger rips apart; and woefully, shameless incorrect orders. It baffles me that it's even POSSIBLE to get orders this wrong. This is the burger I got today. Not a SINGLE customization of mine was there; no tomatoes, no pickles, no grilled onions, no grilled jalapenos, no sport peppers, NOTHING. What the heck, Freddy's?

Amazing fries and custard

The food did not taste like the usual Freddy's. The fries were over cooked, tasteless, and had none of the Freddy's seasoning. The fish sandwich was ok, but had an odd suace on it and not the tarter suace you might expect on fish. The patty melt tasted stale. The restaurant was not particularly clean. The service staff, however, was very friendly and helpful!

The "steak patties" are incredibly thin and the edges are super burnt. They dont offer gravy with their chicken tender basket. I was hoping the cheese on the very thin; unseasoned french fries, just had a little more flavor and wasnt so thick. Spent $55 for 4 large meals. Most likely not to return.

Always go on the one in Kyle because we liked it the very first time we tried Freddy's and so we usually never try a different location besides the one we first tried, anyways this location was very nice and friendly , they definitely hit the nail with our expectations. The cashier Jasmine C was so nice and smiled the while time Il definitely be back again !!!!!!

Great place to eat. Always love the quality of the food, it’s one of the few places I go where I don’t have to worry about the food being old. Great customer service. Manager named stormy took my order and he was friendly and had a great attitude. The place is always clean when I go. Would recommend eating here

Very disappointed with our last stop at Freddy’s. Ordered a concrete in the drive thru and when we got to the window to pay, the ice cream they handed us was completely melted. Asked them if they could replace it as it was melted, the one we received back was very obviously the same concrete just topped off with more ice cream and remixed, it was milkshake consistency (it seemed like it was the manager that did this). Won’t be going back, we’ll try DQ from now one

Absolutely worst experience ever! From the time we pulled up to the drive thru the girl had no idea how to take our order at all. Also our order was completely wrong nothing we ordered was correct! I will never go back!

A good change of pace burger from your typical fast food. Store was clean, food came out quickly and a reasonable price. I would go back.

I was actually looking for a place to get custard and what do ya know....Freddy's! This is basically a Culver's transplant even serving cheese curds. I got a patty melt on rye which was good. Also got onion rings which were not freshly battered but were ok. The Shoestring fries were good. The bacon burger was good due to the CRISP bacon! I also had to get a cup of custard! Yum! 3 dinners, cheese curds and onion rings were $37. The burgers were thin and crispy...yum! There were 2 patties per burger. We will be going back!

I ordered a hot fudge sundae. There was one car ahead of me. By the time I got the Sundae it was a third melted. I suggest you wait till the customer reaches the window to make their ice cream.

They’ve got these ice cream creations called concretes that are glorified sundaes but they’re awesome! The cheese curds are really good too! And when Whataburger and McDonalds are too busy this place never has a line. It’s a bit more expensive than they are but the quality of the food is worth the price.

I've never been to a Freddy's. Love the burgers. Great seasoning. I was upset at first because Freddy's didn't sell the Chicago Dog as advertised. Freddy's also was advertising a Hawaiin flavored desert which also was not sold at the establishment. The young lady (I believe her name was Katie) behind the register saw I was annoyed and offered other items that were similar. She approached my situation with a genuine apology and I felt better. I ordered the Freddy's original.. Great burger. Great service from Katie.

My California burger Patty was cooked to the crisp and the fries were stale. They did a good job on my turtle concrete. Staff was nice when we had to go back in to correct our order.

Ordered online. Got 1 missing item and one completely wrong item. Ended up being refunded. Decided to try to get my order again. Again.... One item right, one item wrong...plus a free hair.... wasn't impressed last time I went here and they have proven why I've been avoiding this place. How they're still open.... beats me.

Food was ok. Got a lettuce wrap rather then the bun ( cause they offer it in the menu) and it was OUTSTANDING! And the employee even asked if it was an allergy or preferred. So that's critical for those with allergies to food. They will handle your caution, with caution and concern.

Excellent service. Drive thru cashier was patient and asked if we wanted condiments vs other places where you have to remind them. Food came out in a timely manner. Was hot and fresh. The fries were a little too salty though.

Super clean. Well maintained. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. Love their jalapeño Freddy’s Sauce!

While the food was good. Especially the cheese fries. The service was rather, well...snobbish, the girl at the counter was quite rude and simply not friendly at all. But the food was good.

It's consistent. Fries are really thin and delicious when hot. It's just a nice place for a quick bite and a little indulgence.

Seriously my favorite burger place. But it is pricey compared to other options (like sonic or wendy's).

This location is poorly managed. My concrete was literally at least half just caramel. The burger had a whole solid slice of onion.. more onion than meat. They also didn't give me the fry sauce I ordered and to top it off the guy that gave me my food just glared at me when I told him "thank you, have a great day". I ordered around 7pm 12/7/20.
