Texas Roadhouse is the most popular steakhouse/restaurant in Texas. Their price is only 1/3 of Taste of Texas and you can also pick your own high quality steak too. We got their by 4:10pm and it's already half full. (They open at 4pm) Their handmade freshly bake unlimited bun is the soul of this franchise. You can get full before your steak comes up if you don't intentionally hold your horses. The waiter and waitress are very friendly and nice. They tried their best to fulfill your needs, yet too many customers that sometimes make it hard to get them when you need to. The steak is cook the way you like if you want it rare you can really taste the blood. Unlike some other steak houses that can only put up medium well if not well done steaks. Varieties of sides you can pick from. I got house salad and mashed potato. Everything was good and tasty with following reasons why I didn't give them a 5 star. The wait for the steak to get to our table was pretty long. It took about 40 minutes for them to get out steak ready and serve it to us. One of my friend's sidekick rib was too dry even with extra BBQ sauce. Although the other friend's rib was perfect. My loaded mashed potato had more sour cream than the potato itself it was a little too greasy. Besides these small things for me to complain it was a very enjoyable meal for our party. They really should open some stores closer to downtown so I don't need to drive a long way to suburban areas to get high cost-performance ratio meal.

The food is delicious and great place to go to always. The atmosphere is purely Texan. The staff were amazing. Our server was such a great and humble down to earth and she really knew what to suggest to us to eat and drink. The choice of beer was lovely specially I'm kinda of hard to convinced to drink a beer compared to hard liquor. The cactus with the dip is a great start. The bread with butter, taste from heaven. The meat was tender and juicy.

Roadhouse is always my go to, came in here a bit late, but I rather get refused service than to get this kind of service. Waiter was nice at the beginning, but ended up getting busy and only came once since she got busy. (She could have got tipped 40+…) Other people brought our food, all of our steaks were over cooked, specially mine. Mine was supper burned. I got well done, when I asked for medium. Really dissatisfied with this location.

One of the best Texas Roadhouse experiences I’ve had. Excellent and quick service. Jaylen and Aubrey tag teamed for a top notch server experience. The steak and corn were absolutely perfect. My salad was good, but I think it was not chilled and served on a warm plate which transferred to the salad and caused it to brown. It still tasted good though, so no worries.

Absolutely 💯 fantastic restaurant. The ribeye steaks are probably the best we have tasted. The sides are equally as delicious! The margaritas are beyond delicious 😋 The service is the best service we have received in a very long time!!! We honestly cannot fault a single thing tonight at this awesome vibrant restaurant! Thank you 😊

Wife and I haven't had a date night in a while so we went in for a nice steak. We both got the prime rib and it was perfect. We ordered a couple appetizers and our lovely server suggested we get the sampler and be able to try a third. Excellent idea! We were so full afterwards we wanted to take a nap in the car before we drove home.....it was tempting. We were both satisfied with excellent service, timing, and quality of food. Thank you staff and we will see you again soon.

Awesome, friendly service and great food. Typically super busy just due to the high-traffic area, but the servers and staff handle it well. Big margs, good steaks! And of course, hot, fresh rolls. Ask for cinnamon butter with your basket of rolls and you won’t be disappointed. Celebrate a birthday here and everyone will give you a big Texas yeehaw! Ask for your baked potatoes and sweet potatoes loaded also! Smothered steaks are also great. So glad to have a Texas Roadhouse nearby.

The service is great, our server Mario was so awesome and I absolutely adored his kindness, he’s deaf and did such a great job helping us. For sure one of my favorite servers I’ve met! The food was also good!

When we first arrived, the staff at the front were not concerned with helping us. We got seated at our table and it took a while before we got our order taken. The only decent thing was that the waitress was pleasant. We got our order taken and I understand that it takes a while for food be prepared and made but the time was horrendous. We waited patiently for an hour for our meal to come out, before this, we were told our meal would be coming out soon which was inaccurate. Our order was, “served to someone else” according to the manager. After an hour of patiently waiting, my appetite was at a loss, so I had to cancel my order. So I left not being able to have a meal and having mediocre service.

It is rare for me to give a 5 star review, but this establishment merits the award. The environment is friendly, service is great, and the food is phenomenal. Very different from other locations, which hardly would get 3 stars. The steak was incredible. Other Texas Roadhouse restaurants tend to over salt their steaks. The steak today was perfect. Juicy, tender, and with the right char on the crust. All this, at a very affordable price, gives the average Texan an opportunity to enjoy a night out and have a great steak without breaking the bank.

I get it is the day before Thanksgiving. But the to go area people are rude. Waited over an hour and a half past the time I scheduled my food. They were more informative to other customers and told me to wait in my car or do something else, if they were nicer I’m sure customers wouldn’t be so frustrated. This was after she told the customer in front of me a set time. Will never come back to this location and stick to Austin ones.

The service is amazing, food is amazing, the overall experience is great….except this one thing I can’t overlook. The manager doesn’t enforce their handicap parking spaces. I saw several people park handicap that aren’t tagged or decal. Just because they’re too lazy to walk from the parking lot. It’s really up to the manager to enforce this and make sure you have parking spots available for those in wheelchairs.

Consistent as always with Texas Roadhouse! The food was excellent, Gwyneth, our server, was outstanding, and wait was not very long at all for a Friday night.

Service was great. Our attendant Sophie was super nice and very attentive. Food was great. Air conditioner must not have been working very hot n stuffy inside. Also we were asked to wait outside where it was over 103 degrees! We called for seating g ahead n still had an over 45 min wait outside

The last 3 times my wife and I have came, the rolls are extremely burnt and hard. I asked the hostess and she said she doesn’t know why but proceeded to bring me even more burnt rolls claiming these were the best they had.

We did get there when they opened at 3p.m so no customers yet. We got our food fast and it was good. The waiter was great.

Everything was delicious! Great customer service as well. It was busy. Wait time was about 1 hour. Make reservations before arriving or at least check online the wait time.

The food is great. The ambiance is very loud and colorful. The instructions for getting seated were somewhat confusing and that caused us to wait longer than necessary.

We always enjoy Texas Roadhouse and this location is no exception. The servers here are fantastic and friendly. It’s a little dirty on the floor but it’s high volume restaurant so we don’t really complain about it. For the value and promptness, it can’t be beat. Great steaks, cold beer and great service. We would definitely recommend this place to family or friends.

Sat at the bar for lunch to seat more quickly. Had wonderful service overall. Fresh rolls with cinnamon sugar butter and regular butter. Fall off the bone ribs, buttered corn, and loaded baked potato. I couldn't finish everything but it was fantastic. The only thing I have to mention is the bartender was venting to people a lot. The energy wasn't great. I think venting to coworkers away from customers would have been more appropriate.

We had the sirloin and the prime rib. Both were EXTREMELY salty. The prime rib was not trimmed before serving, and we were served the end piece. It was very dry. Service was wonderful!
