    Rude. Got to the store at 5:52. It’s nice to be greeted with someone opening the door yelling we close in 7 minutes. Don’t worry. We won’t be back. Seems like the people would be nicer with JC Penney stores closing all over the country.

    Sent a ring to be sized back in June and they said it would be ready July 4th weekend. I call to pick it up and they don’t even know where the ring is?? Not even the status of it or anything, basically they lost my ring.

    Some cute stuff, but it never fails that I spend an hour or more trying things on only to find out the sale price on racks was false or doesn't apply correctly at register. Check your receipts! Always seems like a waste of my time going here. Also, the dressing rooms were dirty.

    Summer 2018, I purchased three pairs of the women's mix-it flip flops (different colors). The flip flops had great cushion and matched most summer outfits. Summer 2019, I bought another three pairs of the same shoes and the soles were much thinner in the front ball / toe section. Very uncomfortable- wore out fast. Will be watching for brand quality before I buy my favorites again.

    JCPenney's isn't what it use to be...the selection is lacking and over priced. Even the clearance prices aren't worth it. The store is very bare but otherwise organized.

    Very clean and bright. Many brands for women and a few for men. Household section is quaint. There is large clearance section for clothing. A professional photography studio and a salon is located towards the back of the store, as well as the restrooms. Sephora's Boutique is also inside the store.

    The service I received was 2nd to none. I went in on Christmas Eve, knowing what I wanted. The store was packed, barely room to walk, and I was still greeted at the door immediately by a staff member. I told her the pieces I was Looking -5 pieces. She showed them ALL to me on the floor display to make sure it was what I wanted. She then turned it over to the behind the counter staff. The young lady who was helping me, tried on every piece I requested to make sure it was what I wanted. I couldn’t have been any happier!!! Shout out to JAMES AVERY San Marcos outlet mall!!!

    I went in to purchase a chain for my husband as a surprise gift. He was with me and as "shopped" out popped Amy and she was amazing! She played right along and helped me to surprise my husband for our 20th wedding anniversary. Thanks, y'all! We'll be back soon.

    I purchased a necklace for my gf on line, the chain was too short. I stopped in to see what it would cost to have a longer chain put on it. The lady at the counter took it in back and after about 5 minutes brought it back and it fit perfectly. When I got the bill I was floored at the price. $3.51!!!! Yup only Three dollars and fifty one cents!! That's how a customer should be treated.

    Called ahead to see if they put photos into lockets. Was initially told yes over the phone. A 30min drive later Im greeted by the same young lady that took my call. Now theres unmentioned stipulations...locket has to be bought from them and you have to have your pictures already shrunk, printed, and cut to fit. Decided to consider purchasing one from them...what do you know...they dont even have actual lockets. Worse experience at a jeweler ever. Wont return or recommend for anything in the future unless it practically given way. EVERYTHING is over priced for silver.

    I will not go back to that store. My husband and I walked in and I looked around because I was looking for a charm for my sister for her birthday. No one came around to help. I guess because we are Hispanics. As soon as a white couple walked in a sales person hurried past us and asked what she could helped them with. My husband thought she was coming to help us and once he notice she wasnt he told her "I guess we didnt need help. Finally after being there 20 minutes someone came to help. We had just left pandora got better service there bought two charms for 60.00 when I paid 60.00 for one at james avery. I was actually looking for a charm bracelet for myself so I will be going to pandora to get mine.

    As soon as i walked through the door the whole staff team welcomed me and assisted me right away for the necklace i was looking for. The staff is very friendly and i watched each employee go over the top to help every customer. The Manager was very friendly and really cares about the customers. I have a great experience everytime i visit this location and always return becauee of the great staff team they have.

    The quality of James Avery jewelry is hard to beat. I have pieces that have lasted decades. Designs are hit or miss for me but when I find something I like I have no problem spending the money.

    Every time I go to this store I have a bad experience. The first time I visited this store, there was a man looking for clothing for a job interview. He mentioned he has an Uber waiting outside to take him to the interview. Every employee that he asked for help either said "they don't know" or were just plain rude to him, so I helped him find a couple of items. The second visit to this store I was looking at jewelry for my birthday. Initially a man greeted me at the door, he was very welcoming. While looking at the jewelry I asked to try something on and the associate say "Well ok.. Please don't run off with it" I was super offended but I didn't mention. Then the manager over the jewelry area come out and the associate asks her a question, her attitude was actually nastier than the associates. I will never go to this store again. This generation needs an etiquette class on how to treat customers. It's so hard to experience good customer service now days.

    I went here at the beginning of October to get a few things for my trip to Alaska, the air conditioning wasn’t working :( I feel so bad for the workers! I just now went again…it’s December and it was still out…or went out again. Shame on the management for having the employees work in that heat! That needs to be fixed!

    Went in 3 seperate times to pick up a online order. They kept saying they didn't have the boots after driving 1 hour round trip x3. I just got my money back and purchased elsewhere. Even so, the process was no hassle and the employees really tried to help.

    This stand alone store was a delight. It is well organized and Fully staffed. There were plenty of sales and clearance racks as well as a fully stocked store of merch. The check out counter was. A little hard to find, it's at the front of the store. The line got long and cashier's responded quickly and came to help alleviate the line. it is a large store with plenty of room to roam and not feel crowded. Everyone was willing to help with location of items or departments. The jewelry department was awesome and well managed.

    Found alot of great items, and store wasn't that busy, but way to warm trying on clothing. Needs to be more comfortable for the customer, not the corporate office! But all in all great experience, just don't try on more than 1 item at a time.
