Nice little garden area to walk around, trees, shrubs, and actually quite a few artifacts, especially inside the building. Glad we got to finally visit here. Plenty of parking on the street.

The hours of operation are very limited, but if you can manage to swing by on a Sunday afternoon, it's well worth it. The mill is small, and visiting won't take you more than 30 minutes, but the old architecture, secluded garden, and surrounding neighborhood are so charming and peaceful. Although the website says only the outside is accessible during Covid, when we arrived the mill interior was open, and a solitary docent invited us in. There was a small gallery with local artwork for sale, and some museum style placards with information about the mill. Overall a lovely pit stop on our weekend excursion!

Quaint garden that is mostly southern California native. Not crowded. The museum building has re-opened.

Hidden gem tucked away in the middle of San Marino. Surprisingly large grounds full of native plants and succulents for such a modest museum. Open to the public most days from 1-4pm except for Mondays. Great place for a small outdoor wedding reception or ceremony outside of museum hours.

It is a very beautiful, old place, with many plants, a lot of history and it has a beautiful, formidable model to enrich your culture.

Thery are not allowed any drinks besides water inside. But they don't tell you that until you spend your money on drinks from right across the entrance door. Just be careful

Small museum, tucked away in a very beautiful neighborhood -parking is very difficult. The site is well kept and still in use. One room houses art from the California artist community. The grounds are beautiful.
