It's like being in the US. I recommend it to everyone. The soup and the salad is all you can eat. All the staff is helpful and they continuously ask if everything is ok. The restaurant is not open until 1:00 pm.

I would say the taste of Olive Garden is comparable to the location in US. I would not be able to give a accurate assessment, because I got the good via UberEat and it cane be cold on the way. The bread sticks I got was hard and stale... not sure if it would be this way eating in or it became that way during the delivery process. The same things about the pasta sauce, it was hard.

Great Italian food at a restaurant with a good outdoor view as well. The price of a meal for one person is a little above the average lunch budget for a working class individual. They should definitely bring back the lunch menu, to make it more accessible for everyone else

mojitos testless. 2 persons bill over 35 usd for soup and salad and one pasta to share kinda too much for quick lunch. wasn't not worth it. will not be back

Actually a nice place if you're staying in the tourist area of reforma. The dishes are good value for money as they come with a free entre of salad or soup. The food was good. Service average. We were in the area at the time but we live in CDMX. If you are in this area because you are staying in a hotel, it's better to make the effort and go a little further into Roma. There's a lot of this resturants, cafes and bars there. However, this is a good option for reforma!

One of the best places to eat proper Italian food. Ambience, service, taste everything was just good. No complains. Being a vegetarian, it is difficult for me to find places which have good variety of vegetarian options, and liking the places. I can now say for sure that this place does not disappoint anyone. I Tried "minestrone soup" and "fettuccine picante". Both the dishes were very tasty. Fettuccine picante was, as the name suggests spicy (read mouth watering spicy). The prices are not so high and can be considered pretty much economical. Things to note: - they do accept cards including American express - family friendly place with indoor as well as outdoor seating - breads are fresh and awesome - every dish comes with soup or salad option - the quantity is very good and ordering a grand size dish, it was difficult for me to finish. Only the spicy tasty flavor sailed me through it :-)

Good place usually but in this location, I found a piece of plastic in my mashed potatoes and got a terrible response. I was in such a hurry to leave that i didn't notice they overcharged me until later. Never coming back and would never recommend it.

Don’t rely on google for the restaurant timings...it says 11 but they stop taking orders at 9.30....got stranded in the city and had to hop restaurants for food...even though people were there in the restaurant eating. Surprisingly customer care is least of their concern. I have had food here before and it is not that great. Service obviously is a BiG issue.

They've got food. And tasty bread sticks, you can eat with dips

This restaurant sounds like a Italian one, but the taste is not that Italian, like many other Italian restaurants, this one has good food but with no Italian pure flavor, you will enjoy this place, but if you know the real Italian flavor you will not.

It was ok. I mean i wasn’t expecting real italian food but it’s just clear that what they offer is cheap italian fast food of acceptable quality

Bad service , food there is too salty

On my last visit with a friend both our credit cards were cloned and unauthorized charges appeared on both within 24 hours. We are certain it happened here because my friend rarely uses that credit card. Moreover their "Contact Us" is deactivated, you can try it yourself. I have to say I love their food, but am not returning.
