Very nice, cozy hotel, in the outskirts of the archeological site, close to restaurants and other services.

Clean Rooms and very close to the Pyramids. Safe parking and free Internet. Very economic. Do not upgrade the free breakfast, it's not worth it !

This place has it all. The location is great. You can walk anywhere you want. You get free breakfast here. The green areas are much more than expected. I enjoyed lounging outside. I highly recommend.

I wrote three times after booking about our check in time around 12 at night. Directly through Booking, through mail, through the phone. Called upon arrival, but no one picked up the phone. As a result, we paid 1100 Mexican pesos (55 €) for a taxi, so that at night the hotel told us that our room was not available. Other people took over. We went to another hotel and paid 30% more than the price and without breakfast. Be very careful with this hotel. Not sure if you will live in it.

The view to the pyramids is gorgeous, the rooms are well ventilated and they take good care of the hygiene and insects such as mosquitoes so that you can be rest assured you won’t be bothered at all. All around great service

Very quiet place, excellent for relaxation and only a few yards away from the pyramids. Great prices too. Remember to ask for the temazcal.

Nice place to stay with a beautiful garden (good for kids), run by a friendly family and within a walking distance (around 1km) of pyramide entrance 1. Rooms are clean and correctly furnished. The only downside is the breakfast included in the price: it's a basic "continental" breakfast.

Hotel is clean and cheap. Behind the corner starts the fence for the pyramids. Closest entrance is max 15 min walking. Staff is nice and friendly, but they speak only in Spanish. The only issue with the room is that there is no heating, so bring some warm sweater.

Friendly staff. They go out of their way to please you. They do offer rides to airports 1000 or 2000 per ride. The bad thing was that we had no water the first night. Tv never worked... they do have wifi. Beds were ok.one was really bad tho it was a very old mattress. It had a big hole from being used so much. Other than that it was a nice stay. Close to the pyramids.

Great ambience and cozy rooms. The only thing we didn't like was the auto turn off for hot water and Wi-Fi in case you have to do a late check out.

Nice place to stay. Price 600,000 pesos. Don't know the going rate because I was too tired to shop around

My recent stay at Hotel Quetzalcalli was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I stepped foot into the elegant lobby, I knew I was in for a truly remarkable experience. This hotel deserves every one of its well-deserved 5 stars. The staff at Hotel Quetzalcalli were exceptional in every way. They greeted me with warm smiles and provided the highest level of service throughout my stay. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

This place is so noisy we are here three nights, the first night we were woken by a disco at 5.30 am for the hot air balloons. Sunday morning the disco started at 6.45 am. It continues for hours. Screaming loud music And the noise of balloons being filled up in a field right behind the hotel, and there is the endless horns of trains all afternoon and evening. The free continental breakfast is poor. Some bread with butter and fruit. Has nothing to do with a continental breakfast. I will not return. I hate disco. I am an avid traveler and this is insane that they do not mention it in booking!! Location. Okay, rooms and cleaning okay but the noise........horrible!!
