I ate a club sandwich bedside my first night and a piece of avocado dropped to the floor and got stepped on. That blackened mess never got cleaned up up the 3 days I stayed there. The bed sheets would not stay tucked in. They had raised the mattress with boards so that it was about an inch above the base. No side would stay tucked in. Large, greasy stains on the sheets 2 out of 3 nights. After cleaning the room they left the window open. a shelf was in front of the window which had all my belongings. A ground floor room and the window looked onto a secluded playground area. Anybody could have walked over, took the screen off and taken everything I brought for the trip. We were joined one afternoon by someone in a wheelchair. The wheelchair ramp was blocked by a table and chairs which I had to move. Very poor wait service.

Beautiful hotel steps away from Teotihuacan. In the center of the hotel is an open air square with pool, restaurant, and flowering vines growing up arches that attract hummingbirds. The rooms are cute and clean, but you can hear everything in your neighbors rooms.

I found the rooms a bit basic but they were clean and authentic. The pool was closed but then it was winter . The staff were very pleasant and the stay overall was good . Can be noisy as Mexicans love fireworks at any time of night . Add to that a train whistle starting at 5. However you are right next to the pyramids so all ends well

Great location. Nice old hotel, built in 1976. Pool area is beautiful, however water is cold. Restaurant & bar available. Food is good. Rooms are small, but cozy and clean. There was a wedding party staying the time we were there, as well as Spring equinox celebration at the Teotihuacan pyramid areas, so it was noisy. There is a spa, we did not try it out. You can walk or take a taxi to the various entrances to the pyramids. Fun Catrina statues available for purchase. As well as ruins on grounds.

Our family of 7 loved this hotel, we fit 2 adults and 5 kids comfortably in a family suite + standard room. Lots of beautiful spaces to hang out on the property, excellent restaurant, convenient to the sites, very professional staff.

The rooms are ok. Design is great. But our waiter had very few skills, he even didn't know how to open the wine, and when he served it, he spilled it on the table. English language skills of staff is below average.

This is a great place to stay. It offers a 1 pm checkout so that you can get in a morning walk to the pyramids before you go. The staff are all excellent!!

Nice hotel except when there is a conference and the hotel is fully booked by them but 2 rooms. Instead of having our diner in the dining room they suggested to sit outside at 13 degrees celcius. We managed to get our food in the bar but comfortable is not the word to describe it. Rooms look nice and are OK. Swimming pool was blocked due to the conference.

Very hard to contact the hotel & organise an airport transfer. No response to emails or via hotels.com. I finally reached them via Facebook messenger only to be told by them to get an Uber (even though airport transfers were offered on the hotels.com site). Shower was lukewarm. Room was good for the price.
