Small family run motel. Mom and Dad manage it. Son and daughter in law cook and another son is in charge of cleaning. They picked us up and the airport and took us back. The price for the trip was comparable to Uber. Very clean rooms and prices were a little less then other places in town. They will take you where you need to go while staying there so it is like having you own private chauffer. It is worth staying there just for that. If I go again I will definitely stay there again. Make sure you try the Mole in the restaurant. Also the Cafe de Olla. (Coffee in a Pot) is something to remember. Victoria's own special recipe.

My husband I spent an amazing 10 days at Villa Victoria. We were on our honeymoon and were treated like family from the moment we arrived. Victoria, the owner, arranged all of our excursions, had a very special honeymoon greeting with rose petals, wine and a fruit plate in our room, saw us off to our balloon ride, and made sure we had everything and anything for our entire stay. Victoria and her husband, Frederico, even escorted us to Mexico City to see the sights, and took another full day out of their busy lives to take us to Cholula. Their hospitality is unrivaled. The hotel truly is a family run establishment. I loved seeing Victoria, her kids and grandkids all hanging out at the restaurant, it felt homey! The hotel is super clean and beautifully decorated with murals. I especially loved the terrace and being able to watch the hot air balloons in the mornings. Our room even had a view of the pyramids. We were served delicious meals everyday at their restaurant and was brought room service whenever requested. Also, I am not fluent in spanish, I speak very basic spanish and everyone was extremely patient with the language barrier. (I actually found this to be case everywhere we went) Victoria knew at least as much english as I know spanish and with the help of translators we were able to communicate just fine. I am so very thankful for her patience and kindness when trying to communicate. I highly recommend this hotel and highly praise Victoria and her family for their amazing hospitality and kindness. We were lucky to have such gracious hosts!

My mom and I stayed here on our visit to the pyramids in Teotihuacán. Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the city and pyramids. We had breakfast the next morning at her restaurant and she made us “Mexican Coffee” that was excellent! Would highly recommend staying here!
