This
summer
me
and
my
girlfriend
went
to
Milano
on
vacation.
We
planned
our
trip
and
booked
a
room
al
silk
motel
to
finish
off
the
vacation
with
a
nice
evening
in
one
of
their
dungeons.
Unfortunately
2
days
into
our
trip
my
girlfriend
got
unwell
and
instead
of
going
to
the
silk
motel
we
decided
to
stay
in
our
first
hotel
because
we
would
be
unable
to
travel
with
her
state.
So
we
called
to
ask
about
cancelling
our
booking.
On
the
phone
the
guy
we
spoke
to
told
us
we
could
cancel
by
email
so
straight
afterwards
we
mailed
only
to
get
a
reply
way
beyond
the
date
of
the
reservation
saying
we
cannot
get
a
refund
because
"as
indicated
in
the
object,
we
did
not
have
the
pleasure
of
receiving
it
in
our
structure".
We
have
not
gotten
any
instructions
on
the
structure
or
the
way
we
should
cancel.
When
looking
on
their
website
we
also
could
not
find
anything.
So
I
mailed
to
ask
what
structure
they
were
referring
to
and
what
we
did
wrong.
Now
almost
15
days
have
passed
without
a
reply.
So
in
conclusion
it's
probably
a
good
place
if
you
book
and
go
there
but
if
we
discuss
customer
friendly
ness
and
respectable
reply
times
they
clearly
lack
in
that
department.
