I was so bummed when I saw this place was closed during my list trip to SFO - I love Ritual Coffee, it’s my go to bean ☕️ at home! However I’ve come to learn they were just closed for refurb - it looks great, modern, clean and has a selection of food and drinks available. (milk alternatives included soy / oat / almond). Quick tip! There’s always a big queue because it’s right after security - but you can order on a little screen to the right (no queue most of the time!) and skip the queue completely!

I waited for 15 minutes for my sandwich, it was taking a long time to be ready, so I went to ask the staff and they told me that they forgot to prepare my snack. Could the reason be because I didn't give TIP? The employee who helped me laughed at the situation. I would also like to say that half a saduwich costs almost 20 dollars. detail they do not have the value of the product exposed.

Nice to have a quality coffee shop in the airport, and they’ll even make it to stay if you have time to sit.

OVERPRICED. Pricing should be written out on bakery items! I know Ritual from the city and didn’t think too much on pricing. I understand airport food has an up charge than usual but this surprised me! I waited in line and had to catch my flight, but didn’t realize the price until check out. One small breakfast biscuit sandwich and a croissant totaled to $24. Just be mindful of this Ritual pricing if you end up going there. There’s way more food options down the terminal if you just walk a few extra step.

As a longtime SF res I’m no stranger to Ritual. As they’ve expanded, I’ve noticed the predictable drop in quality, but it hasn’t been precipitous. Their espresso is still very good (for an airport, it’s life changing). The standard city pricing ($6 flat white; $1 extra for anything) is highway robbery but that’s life ITT. I had the misfortune of hitting this spot two days after spending a month in Paris, where a French person would take to the streets if their quiche had a $13 price tag. But in a city of $16 sandwiches, a $13 quiche is to be expected. Or at least, we accept that it is, this late stage Capitalism that rules our lives. It’s untenable, of course, we’re all hurling toward the abyss with a $13 quiche in one hand and a $6 coffee in the other, but at least they taste good.

Quirky wall art, a few benches and small tables inside. Calm, efficient staff handling the 4am coffee and breakfast-seeking crowds. Plenty of cold drinks available, many gorgeous pastries, and a large spread of savory pastries & sandwiches. I chose a rectangular berry scone and ham & cheese quiche, which was kindly warmed up and toasted. Quiche is about 3 inches in diameter. It had a lovely flakey and crisp crust with a delicate egg custard. Cheese and ham pieces sunk to the bottom. I liked it more than I had expected. Scone looked very fresh and sturdy, it will handle the travel day well. Many coffee options available, as well as merchandise along the entrance. A package of caramels looked like a fun treat.

I really love the coffee here. My issue is that they do not have any gluten free options. It’s mainly bread so not a chance to get an egg bite or a gluten free roll.

I had the cold brew. It was pretty good, but a little expensive for a small drink (6usd). If you add sugar to your drink be sure to use the simple syrup at the back of the condiments

BEST COFFEE/ESPRESSO DRINKS at SFO! ☕️❤️ They also have a great selection of Pastries, Breakfast Sandwiches, and Grab-n-Go Items. (salads, sandwiches, wraps, etc.) Friendly staff, great ambiance, Orders arrive fast! Located in Terminal 1! ✈️ A MUST STOP!! 😃

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese…should be easy. Bagel was hard as a rock. Not burnt, just really really hard. Probably a stale bagel leftover from the day before that they tried to toast to soften it up. The cream cheese was a little cup of Philadelphia cream cheese. Just a big disappointment for spending >$5 for a bagel and it basically being inedible (I couldn’t even take a bite out of part of the bagel - that’s how tough it was!). :(

I bought a hot chocolate and a pastry at this location because I couldn't find a starbucks. The chocolate was awful, It didn't even taste like hot chocolate. The muffin was super dry, I threw them away. I will never buy anything from this place again. It was expensive, and having to throw them away was so upsetting.

Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich before getting on my flight. Opened the sandwich on the plane and pulled a massive hair out of the sandwich all tangled up in the egg. Coffee was great though.
