Kaeleen has been working with me for years now and I will wait until she is available for an appointment because she is so worth it. She uses techniques for my under eye Botox that no one else does that gives me amazing results, shes helped me with redness and acne scaring, and my laugh lines. I've had facials, but never medical grade procedures. After speaking with a couple of places, LuninaSkin won me over. One of the main reasons, was that they took my goal, lifestyle, budget, and career into consideration during the consultation. As an actor, I need to make facial expressions, so together we determined to take a more conservative route...start out slow and deliberate. Other places immediately tried pushing more, more, more, especially because of my age. Everyone there made me feel at ease. They don't dismiss my questions. They are patient to explain. I'm so glad I found LuminaSkin. I recommend LuminaSkin.

Kristen is absolutely the best. She really makes me feel at ease and is so gentle. I really look forward to seeing her. She is also very honest and won’t do any procedure if she thinks I won’t be happy with the outcome. I am really happy with the result of the injectables that I had yesterday. They called me for my virtual consultation, said hello a bunch of times and no one was there. I called back no one answered. The appt was supposed to be Facetime but was not. They cancelled my appointment which isn't even until tomorrow because I missed my consultation. Used the excuse in our last email correspondence I didn't fill out documents they sent me. Doesn't explain they didn't try to get in touch with me or tell me they cancelled my appt. I would rather pay more to not have such terrible service. They didn't even try to call back. I had to follow-up with them.

Lumina Skin is always a great experience. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Kristen is absolutely amazing! She is very skilled, professional, able to answer all questions, and makes you feel at ease. Yes, she knows her business very well, but she’s also a lot of fun and a wonderful person!

I like this place and happy with the fillers/botox but it’s changed over the years. Staff changes and they are not transparent with pricing which I don’t like. I do not like to have come in for a consult to find out how much a service runs. Prices should be listed with the caveat that final price depends. I might try some place else now with more transparency. Just my preference

I spent significant $$ over my 9 appointments in 2022 trying to get hair removal for my lip area and chin. Unfortunately I still have a hair growing in these areas. I found inconsistency with my appointments where at time the therapist was in a hurry to get me done and had to call our areas she missed. I also had to raise concerns on areas where the growth simply didn’t go down and perhaps the settings needed to be changed. I got same hair removal done in Austin Texas a few years back and the results were great and lasted for 6years. I am very disappointed.
