Worst subway I have ever been to in the entire country. Employees are extremely unsanitary. Go on their phones and put gloves on without washing their hands. Sick to my stomach. The tables were very dirty almost as if they never clean. And to top it all off there were ROACHES crawling all over the place!!!! Will never be retuning and told all my friends and family in the area to NEVER go here.Hire an exterminator and learn to clean.

I placed an order through the app, chose my bread, add ons, etc. We arrived and my daughter goes in to pick the sandwiches up as I stayed in the car. As we're driving home, she tells me she saw 2 roaches running around! I completely lost my appetite. When we finally get home, I checked the footlongs and all 3 had the wrong bread and not toasted like I ordered. The veggies also tasted like they'd been sitting out all day. I tried calling several times but like others have said, no one picks up the phone here. Probably because he only gets calls about bad service. First time at this store and definitely THE LAST.

I am a Uber driver and that means I’m offered a free sub once a week and I came to pick it up on a Sunday evening and I that was my first time redeeming it and clicked the 10 minutes timer to start the order and once he finished the sandwich I showed him the timer and asked him what to do and he said just claim it therefore I clicked on the received button and then the worker said I should’ve done it in front of him and started acting out and yelling and accusing me of lying about my order, he was very rude to my 14 year old daughter when she tried explaining the situation to him since my English isn’t that good and he just kept on yelling at her. Very bad service, never going back there again.

This place is newly renovated..check it out 😍 the vibe is very upbeat and minimal. Love it 😀 the veggie delite on Spinach Wrap is my go to since I'm vegan. I skip on the dressing. I would love to see more variety for vegans though.

Always great customer service. This time it was from Alonzo who gave me some recommendations about roasting onions and was attentive to my exact order. He was so meticulous with his work (from placing each tomato to perfect wrapping my overflowing sandwich to be as near as possible). Probably the best Subway I’ve been to in the Bay Area. FYI they’re doing some cool renovations ATM but they are allowing dine in.

Ordered a sandwich last week and didn't realize it until much later that they double-charged me. Definitely will not be going back to that one!

DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE I ordered through subway online and the order never arrived I tried to call the store several times but to no avail. I am left Hungry, Frustrated, and refundless.

Crew here are very friendly. Not too crowded when I got here. Food choices are limited though.
