The lady here (no name tag) said they don't have large classic pizzas and if I want to order crazy bread and drink, I can only order that through the app. I really feel as if she didn't want to work the cash register. So I went online and made the purchase. I am not really one that likes to use restaurant apps... I like human interaction. She didn't make my visit pleasant. Never had that kind of situation happen here. Then the pizza she gave me after waiting 15 minutes was hard and old! She is straight trippin!

I order online a pretzel crust with pizza sauce. I picked it up and drove away. I took a bite and I noticed it had no red sauce, I was confused and I called them to ask if they could remake it. Noone picked up, so I drove back only to find out that they DO NOT add PIZZA SAUCE to any pretzel pizzas (statement given by the cashier). If that was the case, then why is there an option on the app? And why does the label on the box clearly shows RED SOUCE? The cashier refused to fix thier mistake and a refund. I am disgusted at thier customer service.

A real shame as the food we got was actually pretty good. But, the automated system they have in place to make pickup quick, easy and hassle free did not work at all. I was e-mailed a "confirmation code" to enter once I arrived but when I did, the local machine claimed the code, sent by them, was "invalid." The staff claimed that it doesn't work a lot of the time. So, if you want to fight with their tech and deal with uncaring, ambivalent staff, this is the place for you.

Reason for 2 stars is sometimes the pizza you receive is unpredictable and nasty. I ordered a large five meat treat on 1/04/22 about 530-6pm through Doordash from this location. Most times the pizzas are fairly decent, but I quit coming to you guys a couple years ago because the pizza was so greasy all the time like ridiculously greasy dripping in grease. Well, I got one of those greasy drippy pizzas last night. I put paper towels under the pizza to soak up the excess Grease and then the second picture with the plate is how much grease was still left after I reheated it this morning. Like no exaggeration it was literally dripping in grease. This is freaking nasty to whoever was working last night. And also a side note, the greasy paper towels that are in the pizza box are only from four pieces of pizza. The rest of the pizza had separate paper towels to soak up the grease. This is the grease that was left from just four pieces after being removed from box and dabbed with a separate paper towel. The paper towel on the plate is just from reheating two of those four pieces that remained.

This is the 2nd time I ordered online from this place and I should have looked before I left but I was in a hurry...but I ordered an Extra most thinnest pizza and got a stupid Hot and Ready pizza instead!!!! I'm upset with myself for not looking 😒. 3rd time is a charm. I hope the next time I go to this place they get it right!!! After all I Am Paying Extra for the THIN CRUST PIZZA!!!! I only order from Little Caesars because of my grandson, it's his favorite!!! But the look of disappointment 😞 😕 😒 when it's NOT THIN CRUST is enough to just drive even further to get the right pizza!!!!

San Mateo Little Caesar's Pizza is inexpensive and is as simply made as a frozen store product. Parking is located around the rear building. The lobby is designed for pickup or for standby waiting.

Their pizza portal doesn’t work so i had to wait in a line after i ordered online and they only had 2 ppl working and it took them a long time to respond to the ppl in line

I don't know if they purposely put so little sauce on their pizza that it just evaporates when cooked or just didn't put any because it was sooo dry. I'd even thought about going out and buying pizza sauce to add it myself. They also ran out of bell peppers for my ultimate supreme but refused to add a different topping instead. Breadsticks were also dry and tasteless. No butter and no parmesan. I called several times but of course, no answer like always. Such a huge disappointment and waste of my money. Won't ever be coming back here. They need to retrain their employees on how to make their items properly, some basic customer service skills and how to answer the phone. This place is horrible.

Pizza was undercooked, mushrooms are 1/4 inch thick, dough did not rise. Tasted like re-heated pizza. It's not at all like the little Caesars I remembered. Lady at the cashier said they don't have crazy bread, even though someone here commented you have to order via app to get this item. She could have told me. Never coming back.

The pizza is good for the price. The only thing that I dislike is that every time i order a deep-Dish pizza is under cooked. I only like my stake raw not my pizza.
