The "Eternal Breakfast Restaurant"; Nice decoration, nice breakfast food, very American, obviously, some dishes are totally different from the typical Mexican restaurants. It is expensive Coffee, juice, fruit, bread, everything is priced extra. The value added is the pancakes that comes with some dishes; however it is too much food for the Mexicans: For example one small omelette + pancakes is just too much food for the average people. The place was built from scratch so they really missed the nice lovely weather at Cuernavaca city. Outside tables with umbrellas, terraces, plants, etc. There is an area of the restaurant that can open the HUGE windows so at least some fresh air. ADVICE: 1) They could definitely invest more in a Mexican touch to the menu, perhaps with time. 2) Prices are not so competitive but I assume the owner and managers know what they do 3) Investing in some outside green area, it's really a good idea. It's really a weather waste. 4) The handicap ramp is quite far away, for elderly people whose walking is hard and slow, it's definitely a turn off.

I like the place casually but it has a few things to work out, tho i can't really put my finger on it, I'd start with the fact that the food could be more hearty. It's good but you can almost taste the chef's rush. Not sure how to explain it.

Wow this restaurant is great, the staff is super friendly, the food was perfect just as you expected to be in the International House of Pancakes. Everything is super clean and the service is amazing.

Very big and clean location. Lots of tables and seats. Lots of parking/shares parking with other businesses. The food was brought warm and it was delicious. Like always the pancakes were the best and the staff were kind but they weren't very alert. But overall this IHOP is one of the best I tried in Mexico.

The classic International House of Pancakes, good taste, good service, sometimes a little slow. Good location, if you are just passing through the city and not staying, you should take the lateral lanes in the highway, Not the central lanes. Good self parking, no Valet. Wheelchair ♿ accessible.

I have big expectations in this places since its a american franchise the food its terrible coffe weak not a good experience .Do not waise your money.

Service is mostly good. Better than other IHOP restaurants that I've been to. Food is good as in every IHOP

It may be the holidays, but the place was really crowded and noisy. Even though the service was very good

The parking here is paid and the machines to pay are far from the restaurant, they offer a discount with a qr code though. Food and service were pretty good, as they were always attentive to our requests. The place on the other hand is missing seating places and more importantly there's no AC, which I find very inappropriate for a chain restaurant in Cuernavaca, where is always hot, we were sweating by the time our food arrived.

The only reason I give them one star is because I'm forced to. I was served the most disgusting plate of food of my life. There's a chance they can't ruin pancakes but I wouldn't take it. Went in primed for an Americano burger. Walked out proud of myself for not tearing the place up. What a gross, disgusting experience. The taste of the burger is still in my mouth a day later. Somebody call the food police. This place is a crime scene.

It has good breakfast and meals, pancakes are the best option to go with.
