I was actually not impressed with El Morador at all. After visiting the one in Guanajuato Capital this one is not impressive. It is too far from downtown to appreciate the beauty of the churches and there’s also overgrown trees and brush that obstruct your view of most of the town. I am sure there is a better location you can get an appreciate a better view. The town should we consider their Mirador. I gave it two stars because you can get a decent view of the sunset.

Clear day afforded me a beautiful view of the city of San Miguel de Allende. Souvenirs are available, for sale at El Mirador.

A cool spot overlooking the town of San Miguel De Allende. You can see the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel from here and quite a few homes around too. It is quite a walk (about 20 minutes) going uphill to get to this point on a busy street. If I had to do it over again, I'd probably walk through one of the side streets and meander my way up to get to this spot where there's less traffic and not on a hot day like we did. Otherwise, enjoy the view!

Great view of the city and lake. Great cardio workout if you walk up from the Jardin Allende.

Very nice views of the city. A small park. Accesible by bus or taxi or by walk.

Great scenic view of San Miguel centro and Church ⛪️. One can see the view through a binocular or a binocular vision machine available here at 5 pesos per person. On the day of our visit it was not working. But it's a breath taking view from here both during day and night to the San Miguel city.

In this place you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city, including the town church and the rest of the city’s main buildings. It’s not fantastic by any measure, but if you have some time to spare, it’s worth a quick visit. If you stroll up there, be on the lookout for some of the streets that go down, where there are beautiful picture opportunities.

Great view location. Also don't miss the additional views across the street, where there are some artesanes (up the stairs).

A place where you can find the best view of San Miguel de Allende. Great for some photo taking but nothing special other than that.

Overall view of the city. Amazing how the cathedral stands out. However need a good camera in order to get a good shot.

For a city known for its views, the vistas from El Mirador can't be beat.

Amazing view of the city. We were dropped off here during the trolley tour. Kind of a tourist trap with vendors selling souvenirs, drinks and candy. But overall a great place to check out.

A short drive from the center and you have the entire San Miguel's view from the high top, Great spot to take pictures, there are a couple benches to sit down and pair binoculars to view the city close up.

Nice overview of the city but the best part was the walk down from there on a small side road that included sections of stairs...

This place was one of my favorites . I walked from El Jardin to here and it took around 20 minutes to get there. It was very quiet but probably because it was a weekday. I was delighted by the town lights. I was absorbed too by the visible stars that night. I had a good time sitting on one of the benches

Paid 100mxn for a tour vintage bus to visit el mirador. It’s worth if you want someone to take you around the town telling you a city stories and plus if you know Spanish. You can pay 8mxn fee for a local bus to take you there as well

5-10 minute stop is enough here, on the way from downtown to the vineyards. Parking usually full but you may be able to quickly stop for a two-minute photo-op. Better at daytime.
