Let
me
start
with
the
pros:
great
service.
Everyone
is
very
friendly
and
accommodating.
The
only
food
that
is
made
by
order
is
the
snack
bar
by
the
pool
which
is
pretty
good.
For
being
such
a
small
hotel,
they
have
a
great
activity
itinerary
which
spans
the
whole
day
and
rotates.
It
is
very
close
to
things
to
do,
about
a
15
minute
walk
to
downtown
and
15
the
opposite
direction
to
plenty
of
beach
views
and
beach
bars.
But
the
star
of
the
show
is
the
snorkeling
off
of
the
back
of
the
resort
on
the
oceanside.
It
is
free
to
do
so
and
there
are
SO
many
fish.
I've
snorkled
all
over
MX
and
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
with
the
amount
and
variety.
We
spent
nearly
a
whole
day
doing
this
because
there
was
so
much
to
see!
This
alone
earns
an
extra
star.
The
cons:
the
buffet
food
was
not
great.
I'm
someone
who
will
almost
eat
or
try
anything
but
I
was
struggling
to
find
anything
that
looked
appetizing
on
the
buffets
most
days.
Breakfast
was
better,
but
the
rest
was
hit
and
miss.
The
rooms
are
very
dated
and
while
clean
don't
look
maintained
at
all.
By
the
end
of
each
day
the
pool
was
flat
out
disgusting,
I'm
not
sure
if
the
filters
were
bad
or
what
but
there
would
be
clumps
of
bugs
and
human
hair
just
floating
around
all
over
the
pool.
Like
so
much
so
that
you
would
literally
be
wading
through
it.
The
mornings
were
better
but
I'd
avoid
the
pool
at
all
costs
after
lunch
due
to
the
yuckiness.
The
pool
was
also
very
dated
and
not
well
maintained,
tiles
were
coming
loose
and
falling
out
as
people
were
in
it,
which
to
me
is
a
cutting
hazard.
They
need
to
drain
the
pool
for
a
few
days
and
do
some
serious
rehab
on
it
because
it's
probably
one
of
the
worst
I've
ever
been
in
or
seen
in
MX.
Also
something,
not
all
rooms
have
a
mini
fridge.
For
someone
like
me
who
has
refrigerated
medicine
that
I
had
to
bring
with
me
this
made
things
difficult
and
I
had
to
dose
early
so
my
medication
wouldn't
go
bad.
