Don't make the same mistake I did. Save your time and money. I truly think all the good reviews below are fake/or written by the staff itself. If you don't believe me, go stay here and be disappointed. From the moment we checked in we had to wait over an hour in line to be checked in even though it was way after 3 PM. They had two other check in attendants that were just on their phone because they only check in club members for some reason. During check in they kept trying to convince me to go to a 2 hour meeting where they would sell me a membership. First he offered to give me a discount on a massage, then he said the massage would be free, then he said he'll give me 3 reduced price nights at the resort. I read a review before about how they won't let you leave until you agree so I feel I made the right choice. The food at all the restaurants is inedible. It just wasn't good. We didn't finish any of the plates and would've preferred to eat out. The beach is only about 14 meters wide. They had chairs for about 20 people. That's in a resort with hundreds of rooms. If you go, you will not go to the beach unless you go and get a chair at sunrise. The service was unpleasant. I honestly don't have anything positive to say about the place, the rooms are okay but they are outdated and nobody came to clean my room or make the bed during my stay. The hotel was built several decades ago and it shows. The elevators are not working so the building has only one elevator for the whole building and it's the service elevator that was built for employees. Don't make the same mistake I made. Stay somewhere else.

Food is terrible. Beds are hard as cement. The smoke alarm lights kept flashing. Only one elevator works for a 9 floor building and it was tiny, Be prepared for long wait times at the elevator. The ice cream shop had very little ice cream. Mexican people would be serviced first at the swim bars even though I was there first. Nightly entertainment was a joke. Long lines for breakfast buffet. The attached Scuba shop was rude and down right mean. Stay away from the scuba shop. Only one meal allowed per day for room service. Extra fees at check in for environment tax. The liquor at the bars very limited. The reuse these cheap plastic cups that are rinsed out and reused. I had lip stick and grunge around the cups. This is nasty. lucky we brought our own cups and used these instead. The A/C in the rooms did not work very good. We only had hot water 2 nights. We last visited Park Royal 5 years ago, a lot has changed for the worst. Frankly Coz is not the same anymore. We will never be back.

The people and staff were amazing. absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful time because of them. That's where my positive feedback ends. I don't know who owns this resort, but they should resign immediately. The property is falling apart. Elevators didn't work, the pool's filtering system wasn't operational, the water was stagnant. The deck on the ocean is decaying and boards were splitting in half daily. We watched in horror as several visitors literally fell through the deck and cut their legs. We saw the same people working EVERY day, no days off. The food was well-presented by the staff and you could tell they took great care to do their part of the job, but the food is terrible. No flavor, no authenticity. Frozen food heated in an oven would have been better. The advertising for this place is amazing. From the brochures and website, it looks amazing, but it couldn't be further from the truth. The ONLY thing Grand Park Royal has going for it is the staff...except you are screwing that up, too. On our last day we saw many of the people that worked so hard to serve us during the week out front protesting poor working conditions. We witnessed this first-hand. If I could have stood with them, I would have. I've never been so disappointed traveling in my life. This is clearly a leadership/ownership problem. Fix it. Your employees deserve better, and so do your customers.

The staff was not helpful. Cesar at the front was very pushy and cared more about selling packages than giving us information about the hotel, he kept stating that the sales impacted his commission. The room we were initially in 1109 did not have working air conditioning and had mold/mildew on the walls, ceiling, and drapes. We called the front desk several times and were told to WAIT IN THE ROOM until maintenance got there. We had to take pictures and go to the front desk and demand a new room. The staff wanted us to stay in the room until they came to clean but it was a health risk so we insisted on a move. I want to add that we noticed that room 1109 had to remain vacant after we insisted on a move due to the mold/mildew. The second room we were placed in 2128, the ceiling was leaking at the front of the door and the staff placed towels on the floor. We asked to have maintenance come to resolve the issue as this placed us at risk of falling; maintenance arrived 4 days after our request, the day BEFORE we checked out. The seafood and Mexican restaurant staff were very discourteous. We were ignored on multiple occasions by all staff, waiting longer than other non-black patrons that would come in long after us. We felt marginalized. We would wait for over 30 minutes for service and often had to approach a waiter to take our orders while other patrons were given service right after they were seated. At the Mexican restaurant, we did not receive half of the order placed and what was received was cold. The staff is also very inquisitive and condescending, often questioning our movements/activities within and out of the hotel. Making statements that came across as though we had no business talking to anyone outside of the hotel. This was our first time in Mexico and this hotel left a very bad taste and is a horrible representation of the people of this country. If we had not gone outside of the hotel and met other Mexicans we would not consider returning to the country. Do better. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

The property is very nice and kept very clean, it looks well maintained. All staff encountered were very nice and helpful. The pools are nice but they could really use some heat this time of year and the water was consistently cloudy. Entertainment is lacking, it mostly consists of a few staff at the pool trying to get people to play games. They do have a theater but no shows during my 5 day stay. The food is OK, nothing special. Notably, the Mexican restaurant is very bad...long wait and horrible food and service. The bars are great, no issues at all getting whatever drink we wanted. Room was clean but the bed is hard and uncomfortable. The only problem with the room was the water pressure, during a shower the water would stop completely several times. They are in the process of replacing elevators so there can be a significant wait for an elevator. Overall, I'd probably stay here again with the expectation to have dinner in town. LGBT friendly.

Hotel itself is cute. Fantastic view of the ocean. The reviews are correct about the food. Not great. The pastor from the Mexican restaurant was not bad but the food off the property is better. One star because they have double charged me for a room, and have yet to reimburse the charge. If you’re American it seems as if they try to take advantage of the fact you’ll be in a different country soon even though it’s only a 6 hr flight. (Including a connection) I do plan on returning, but would like the double charge removed before booking another vacation. Beware of the front desk people selling timeshares as well. Good deals offered, but they won’t let you leave and want you to sign on the spot. We just wanted a moment to Google and do a little research. I will update stars to reflect experience once the double charge is removed. If this is one star still it has yet to be removed.

Before we went I read all the reviews but we found a great deal and decided to take a chance anyway… unfortunately all the criticism in other reviews is true. I am also pretty sure the staff/friends of the resort are padding their ratings with the short, excellent reviews as another poster pointed out - read past those and look for the real reviews mixed within. Before reading the rest of my review, please know I travel often and have stayed at many resorts. This definitely is my least favorite I have ever stayed at (including the Melia and Wyndham in Cozumel- both offered better experiences.) The food is absolutely terrible, they ran out of towels at the pool daily, we were given the wrong room and I truly feel like we spent half of our trip at the front desk. The staff is absolutely rude, not helpful or accommodating and you can tell they are miserable. The entertainment is mediocre for a resort and it is dirty and seriously outdated. The good- the massage therapists are wonderful and so sweet. Although the spa is a joke (it’s a small closet in the gym), the massages were wonderful. Also, the location is pretty good. I would not recommend a visit to this hotel until they have time to get their act together and make some changes. Saving the time wasted waiting in the front desk line, chasing down drinks, proper rooms, towels, edible food, etc…. is worth paying a little extra to stay at a place that will allow you enjoy your time. Also, Cozumel is amazing and has so many incredible things to do and food options- I highly suggest avoiding an all-inclusive all together!

This hotel was anything but nice. When we arrived, we had spoken with other guests who were without AC in the room for 3 days already, lucky for us the AC was working on our second day. The water in the room smelled terrible, a combination of sewage and chlorine absolutely horrible! The food in this "resort" was also terrible, the Mexican restaurant made us wait about 30 minutes before showing up with a terribly tasting margarita that I couldn't even drink 2 sips of. When I asked for beer it took them another 45 minutes to get it to us. We ended up leaving hungry as well as thirsty since the food tasted like nothing at all, no seasoning whatsoever, you have to ask for salt and pepper for every meal. The food in general was of very bad quality. Instead of properly filtered water they give you an "eco-friendly" flask you have to fill up at stations around the resort, that water tasted not great either. Looking at their overall review score you are being deceived in to thinking this is a nice all in resort, stay away from this place if you value your vacation time.

Staff was always nice and courteous, especially Jorge and xochitl in the Veranda. Breakfast was pretty good. I’ve been coming for years and feel like the lunch and dinner buffets are not as good. We ate at the Caribbean restaurant and it was okay. Our room was always clean and the beds soft. All of the bartenders were nice and friendly too. Overall a good place to stay especially if you have children.

The property was absolutely beautiful! The staff was very friendly, they did a nice job with service and keeping everything cleaned and sanitized. The Funtastic team was great with activities and entertainment. Food was average, drinks were good, seemed to be a shortage of towels and wash rags in our room. They did a great job filling the minute bar. Great location, nice pools, beach and snorkeling out front. Was excellent if you plan to fish or scuba, you can get picked up right on property.

I stayed here 8 nights in June 2022. I noticed many horror stories in reviews but our stay was fantastic! The staff here all work very hard and wear many hats to ensure the safety, entertainment, and comfort of their guests. For the first 2 nights of my stay our hot water was not working. After making a complaint to the staff they were able to get the issue resolved by the 3rd night of our stay. The location is fantastic but expect to taxi or rent transportation to get to the downtown center, ferry terminal, or airport. The buffet food is good and the breakfast is great! I was never disappointed with breakfast. You need reservations for the restaurants within the resort so be sure to make those the morning of. Every night there are events or activities as well as street vendors that come into the grounds so if you need to do some shopping for souvenirs you can find it right in the hotel grounds. This place is so much fun and a great experience vs your casual contemporary hotel. 10/10 recommend, but if things don't go perfectly at first remember that being rude will not benefit you. I saw many guests snap at staff members. My group was able to enjoy our stay and experience top notch service which I credit much of our politeness for that when we had an inconvenience of any kind such as no hot water or AC taking awhile to get cold.

LOVED IT HERE! We are planning on visiting again. We did have to wait until 5:30pm (check in started at 3:30) to get our room. They did explain that it's due to short staffing. We understood and took advantage of the buffet, free drinks, ice cream shop and the pool while we waited. It was fun exploring. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Before this we were at a 5 star resort in Camcun, and I can honestly say I enjoyed my stay here more! 10/10 would recommend 👌🏾

We have been staying here since 2018. The staff here is wonderful. The atmosphere is very laid back all around the place. Our host Nora has been nothing but absolutely wonderful to us while we are here and away. We send her messages on WhatsApp while we are here or from home and she responds within 30min. We enjoy breakfast every day with our favorite waitress Mariana. She is very attentive to our diets and is always a pleasure to see her bright smiling face. Plenty of activities to do while you are here with adults only or with familes. They have 3 pools (1 adult only), a children's pool play area, the beach of course (is smaller but really nice), & a hot tub as well.

The service and people are outstanding. Mariana at breakfast daily and Cosme were phenomenal. They make a difference. They cut corners in food and should get a taste tester. The soup chef should go back to school. French onion soup was burnt. Not one soup was edible. The air conditioner was non existent. The pools were dirty. The food not great. We pay a lot to be members and it’s far from luxurious. The electricity was off for one night. No letter or email of explanation or apologies. Concierge person Eduardo was a huge disappointment Not made for wheelchair - the cobblestones and lack of ramps. Make it difficult to go anywhere If it wasn’t for service areas and the workers. This place is an utter disaster.

Here currently, on our first night. Upon entering they immediately hit us with the timeshare spiel. Then we went to lunch at a place that closes at 4, but was told at 3:30 we can’t get a table… We went to the pool, had a burger and some nachos. The nachos were stale and the cheese was the concession stand variety. Later went to dinner. Different websites say they do reservations but beware, reservations are only for “members” who pay into the timeshare and not for all. So here we are at 8:40pm waiting since 7:33 for a table, and watching at least 5 tables of people pass us and still have 3 families in front of us… We’re supposed to have a “member meeting tomorrow at 9am let’s just say it’s not going to go well… the pool light was zip-tied on, AND this was the balcony of a room next to us….

Our stay here was amazing. We enjoyed the pools and most importantly the beach. The service was also amazing. Our server Carlos was always there to provide the best service for me and my family. From breakfast to lunch time, Carlos was there with my family making our experience at this hotel amazing. Amazing service from Carlos, made out stay much more pleasant and enjoyable.

Overall, we had a fantastic time at this resort. We did not have any issues with staff. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant and accommodating. Here are some detailed points: Food: it was basic choices in the buffet, a lot of plain choices, which we expected, most of it was good. The Italian restaurant was great, so was Mexican, we came back to each of them. As a mother of kids with severe allergies, I was concerned about ingredients in the desserts and things with generic labels, like "assorted desserts", no indication of what can be in it. Room: we LOVED our room. we had an issue with the shower handle and it was fixed immediately upon calling the front desk. The tech was there within 10 minutes and it was immediately fixed. Room service: very efficient, quick and pleasant. Nothing bad to say at all. Coffee shop/ice cream shop: Awesome service at all times, and great coffee! much appreciated!! Cleanliness: I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel in general, as well as the room itself. The staff makes every effort to accommodate and serve to the best of their ability. We were constantly asked if we would like something from the bar or if we need anything. It may have to do with the fact that we were very polite and nice with the staff and we tipped the good service generously, rather than demand and scream. these people work hard to please you and they deserve every respect. Activities: we loved what activities we did, snorkeling was great, but we had our own equipment, and the poolside activities were fun and we enjoyed them greatly. Salsa making session was super-fun and tasty! My "negative" points: Kiddie club was not very impressed with it, my kids were left outside with no supervision at the end of the day. The closing time was 5pm, my husband arrived to pick them up at 4:53pm, and it was already closed and they were outside by themselves. Did not appreciate that. A little more precaution should be taken when it rains. The hallway floors are slick marble and when wet - it becomes super slippery. My husband slipped and fell on the second day and twisted his knee pretty bad. Luckily, no hospital was needed and he was immediately attended to and taken care of by staff close by. ** they also came at night to apply pain relief cream and ice. I feel this could have been avoided with proper signage and/or wiping down the wet surfaces before this happened. Maybe some sort of floor treatment/ carpeting should be used for such areas where the water makes it dangerous. An extra special mention goes to Miguel, our Air Canada Vacations Rep, who was very knowledgeable and made our stay very memorable and helped us choose some fantastic trips (dolphin discovery, Pirate ship cruise and a jeep tour) and excursions on the island. He gave us lots of tips and advice, which otherwise we would have not had. He was very efficient and we really appreciate what he did for us. To summarize, we would gladly return anytime!

You will not enjoy this stay unless you are bought into the timeshare already. You pay for all-inclusive and it’s not all inclusive. What I mean is, you’re not guaranteed to get dinner in the restaurants. But if you’re fine eating concession or cafeteria food that is nothing shy of edible then you should be ok. The customer service is horrible. Our shower didn’t drain, you can’t walk around the park at night without them bring in vendors who are constantly pestering you to buy stuff. You can only drink in the pool from 11am to 6 pm. If you want something after that and you don’t have a reservation for dinner then you only have one small bar for the whole resort. You can only get two beers in your room for a whole day. We paid for all inclusive and spent more money off the resort than it cost for me to stay at the resort.

Stayed at the Grand Park Royal March 11-18. It was great. The room had some minor maintenance issues (broken chair and finicky lock), but when we mentioned it in the morning it was fixed by the time we got back. The food was good. The buffet was mostly the same each night, but there was some variation. The on-site restaurants were quite good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I need to shout out to a few of the staff. Thankyou: - Luis (who always kept our water glasses full) - Victor - Stefania - Juliana - Fernando - Jorge - Janin - Andrea - Marcel

Our recent stay at the Grand Park Royal Cozumel was very good. I want to highlight the excellent support and customer service we received from Pedro and Humberto (Riyal Holiday Member’s Staff) all the way from our arrival to making restaurant and tours reservations and specially Humberto’s support to solve a flat tire issue we had going out of his way to have a tire shop service come to the hotel, repair the tire and even paying initially for the service (which we immediately reimbursed) to get the repair company go back to service other customers. All the staff was wonderful. The missing star is due to the tact that we had issues with the bathroom and shower’s water pressure through our full stay and the maintenance crew was not able to fix it. I certainly recommend this place!

We have been staying in Cozumel Centro (downtown) for five weeks and having marvelous time! Our kids joined us from the USA yesterday, 15 December, and we checked in to Grand Park Royal Cozumel in the afternoon. We had dinner that night at the resort and all became very sick. Now, all we want to do is leave. We rate the Grand Park Royal Resort in Cozumel s zero on a scale of 1 to 10. I highly advise anyone considering a trip to Cozumel to avoid this resort.

Mariana was excellent server for us at breakfast!! She always greeted us with a welcoming smile. The resort has a coffee shop that is highly recommended!!! Beatrice and Edith in the coffee shop were awesome,!!!!! the first time I walked into coffee shop asked for specialty coffee. After that as soon as I walked into shop they were preparing my coffee, love the customer service!!!! Overall the resort was good, be prepared the food is basically the same everyday at the buffet.

I need to edit my review from a 5 to a 3 star. We were here four years ago and the place is still a pretty good location. The restaurant hosts and servers bend over backwards to help you but the room cleaners are taking the bath mat and hand towels away and leaving dirty glasses. I was leaving a nice tip on the pillow for the first few nights but no more. Food is great in some of the restaurants, the Italian restaurant wasn’t so good the night we went. We will try again next week to see if it has improved. Service in the three restaurants is excellent!snorkelling in very warm water is the very best thing to do. Just a short note: I would guess that the hotel removes the bath mat and hand towels after your first day or the cleaning staff are not aware they are needed room items. Maybe some cleaning staff training is needed. Attention to detail in this industry will bring back customers, lack of doing the little things will lose you customers. Time to take a few tours coming up next week

Guest from Texas, and have had the best experience by far! Phenomenal service: 1. After confirming the time we would be there, the concierge contacted us for airport pick up. 2. Check in process was smooth and easy (be sure to pay your taxes at check in for convenience). 3. Anytime I had a specific food request, Jose the captain of all servers, would have the chef prepare it the next day (this was very convenient as I'm 7.5 months pregnant). 4. All of the staff observed/ respected COVID-19 precautions Anything I requested, big or small, was met with "let me find someone who can accommodate you": food, tour/excursion help, taxi service, etc. If you're looking for the full experience of convenience/luxury/ relaxing...this is the best place on the island.

The room was great, view was great minus seeing the cruise ships docked. The beach area was super small. We only went once at the resort due to how little space they have. The food was subpar at best, but granted we only ate at the buffet. We tried 4 times and it just wasn't good. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Had a small misunderstanding with the service counter, but I let it go. Great trip. I just would not stay her again.

Mario Perez and Victor are the best waiters you can expect. They are on Veranda Buffet. Chef Alberto, thanks for the amazing food. I would like to say thank you to the Executive Chef Abel for the good gastronomy in all the restaurants!

The view from the balcony was nice. The rooms were good and spacious. They came to clean everyday. Facilities were a bit outdated but enjoyable nonetheless. The pools were really nice. The only thing is that is resort to relax, nit much going on during the week at night. They had great daytime activities. The town is like 10 minutes by car. If you want to relax this might be the place for you.

Heads up to Damian and Christian they made sure that I had a vegetarian option available to fulfill my dietary needs. Sadly when they weren't around it was a totally different story. There is a lot of space for improvement at this Royal Park location however they are open to do it and to me that speaks really good of them. Thanks for the service and for doing the best you can.

The service was fantastic! The waiters were so attentive and so friendly. Alberto, the captain, made sure that everything was fine throughout the meal. Similarly, our waiters Rene and Javier were so professional and accommodating. Great place to eat; we’ll be back! There are other employees that deserve recognition and thanks as well: Luis Hernandez (Caballo) is the bartender of choice; the guests recognize him as having extensive knowledge of all kinds of drinks and for fantastic service; he easily accommodates special requests and makes a difficult job look easy, quickly serving many guests at one time. Another restaurant employee who is a joy to interact with is Marianna. She is so helpful with understanding things about the resort, is funny, personable, and always has a smile for the guests.

The food service throughout the resort is excellent. At this VIP dinner we were served by Captain Carlos, Moises, Alejandro, and chef Ricardo Morales. They were very attentive and competent, naturally with a positive attitude and style. Additionally, Captain Alberto ensured we were informed to attend the VIP dinner. He and his teams served us very well at many other dinners throughout our stay. Breakfast and lunch crews are also outstanding - just too many fine people to list. Everywhere in the resort you will feel extremely safe and have no worries for anything. This team of employees at Grand Park Royal Cozumel is a team of professionals who make you feel welcomed at every turn.

Very nice all inclusive the property was great. Time was well spent, until we were subjected to high pressure pitch to buy the vacation properties they are selling. They try not to take no for an answer....I guess that’s their job it was just way over the top. The island is lovely, beautiful place and views, but we won’t talk about Bruno or Rosa high pressure tactics. Enjoy the island other than the sales team it’s worth it. Unless you’re looking for vacation rentals, they will be more than glad to sell it to you Room was nice, maid service daily great and helpful environmental staff

Loved it! All the bar and waitstaff were wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and very clean. The rooms are clean (although would have loved a small couch or loveseat for sitting) Housekeeping was very quick to respond to our requests. My favorite part was the way the beach is designed like a tiny lagoon. Perfect for wading out into the water and, although we didn't have any with us, very nice for families with kids. We also loved the little cafe where we could get coffee drinks in the morning and a little ice cream in the evening. Highly recommend

We arrived on Monday and it’s now Wednesday and yet have they cleaned our room. The service at this hotel has been the worse. The few staff they have is trying their best however, they are under staff. On Tuesday the staff went on strike and we are trying to understand that the staff would like a better pay. The owners of this resort needs to take action. The food has been the worse that we’ve had in a all inclusive resort. We are trying to to make the best of it but everyday is something else. This is so sad that we wasted so much money on this vacation. We are very disappointed and will NOT recommend this place!

We had a marvelous time, beautiful location, very clean, staff bend over backwards accommodating. Food focus more on quality than quantity which I appreciate very much. Our server Jorge did an amazing job, very attentive, helpful, and kind. Maria, who made our omelettes in the morning, was absolutely fantastic! The Funtastic crew also did a great job engaging the guests in a variety of activities every single day. Highly recommend!

We visited Grand Park Royal Cozumel for 7 nights. We were greeted by smiling faces and friendly staff. This place is amazing and has everything you can think of from a buffet to 3 restaurants, and more. My family and I loved it here. Each night there was some sort of entertainment which was so fun!! The food was good, the drinks were good, and it was nice to come back to a clean room, made bed and drinks in the mini fridge each day. The location was great and my kids enjoyed watching the cruise ships. The private beach area is nice as well. Don’t hesitate to go! There was a great range in ages of people while we visited. We can’t wait to book our next trip!

Great experience. 3 unforgettable days of food, drink and fun. The staff is amazing. Everything was included in our plan. We had the chance to enjoy the animation team, with funny quiz games and beach volley tournaments. The food is great. We had 2 dinners at the Mexican restaurant, and we want to thank the waiters Fernando and Rene and the chef Alberto for making our experience even more enjoyable.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! Here are some of the people that went over top for us. Carlos who works at the buffet. The 2 bartenders Luis, and Kevin. Who remember what you want to drink the whole time you are here. Marina, who also works at the buffet. That brought us the “hangover” free drink, without us even asking. Thank you to all the people who made this stay so special!

Our first time at the Mexican Restaurant at Grand Royal was so great. The staff was incredibly attentive and so nice! The food came out at perfect timing and was delicious. I got the Gordita appetizer, the tortilla soup and the mix plate; everything was so great! Thank you so much Wilbert, Maribel, Manuel, And Javier. We had excellent service from Jose and his team at the Mexican restaurant. It was my birthday and Alberto the chef made it so special with an incredible cake. They were so accommodating. The food was amazing! We really were happy with everything we ordered. The watermelon salad was the best ever!!!! Thank you for such a fun night! We will definitely be back!

The location and resort is beautiful. It is nice to have unlimited drinks and food while relaxing by the pools. The snorkeling was INCREDIBLE! The entertainment was great. The entertainment staff went above and beyond to make our vacation fun. Cesar was a great host and dance instructor. Randy was so fun! Jorge also made the trip enjoyable! The staff loved having conversations with guests. However there were a lot of things that could be better. The pool heaters were broken so they were very cold. Some food options were disappointing but overall the food was pretty good. Room service took hours and your lucky if you even get what you ordered. There were only 2 working elevators for an entire building with 9 floors. Certain staff members can come off aggressive when informing us of hazards like being near rocks in the ocean. Certain staff members followed us for hours to make sure we didn’t break any rules, which made us uncomfortable. Throughout the resort there was a long tube that carried poop, it smelled awful. There were adorable local cats that enjoyed sitting by the guests. Specifically raul the orange cat liked to eat ice cream. This is a great resort for families and friends of all shapes and sizes.

The dinner buffet was good tonight! We were there early so everything was fresh and there was a good variety. Luis and Margarita were friendly and attentive. The best thing about this resort is the staff. The rooms are basic, clean, and we had a good view. The pool was too cold for us to enjoy but the small beach area was great!

The service was great! Workers are very friendly and helpful. The resort it’s self is very clean. The entertainment team made the activities very fun for all ages! One thing, our room had a lot of maintenance issues that for the price we paid should not have been there If you’re looking for some good food I recommend just driving downtown as the resort food is very bland.
