Best dentist of my LIFE!!! We traveled from Florida just for Alejandra and her team. I got 3 full days worth of work done and it was thousands of dollars cheaper than I was quoted back home. Edgar and Alejandra were so caring, kind, and truly amazing. I’m looking forward to my annual cleanings and any future work here- we’ll be making the trip every time!

Being an ex-pat on the island it was very important to find a dentistry with high standards and English spoken. Work was done in a very professional manner and as agreed. I have taken friends visiting here for emergency interventions and they have left equally happy! Would recommend to any one; living here, visiting or coming for Medical tourism only!!!

I use to hate going to the dentist, then I needed emergency work while on holiday. Cozumel Dentist is the best! No pain, speaks English flawless and cost was less expensive then going to the dentist in Houston including airfare. Come for a holiday and a check up. Absolutely the best.

We brought our two-year-old to Dr. Alejandra after he fell out of bed and hit his mouth on a table. Because we were on vacation, we were very worried about taking our son to get checked out by a stranger, but our dentist encouraged us to take him in to make sure there wasn’t an infection. Dr. Alejandra and her staff were absolutely amazing. Instead of further traumatizing our son by forcing him to open his mouth for a stranger, Dr. Alejandra and her staff slowly got him to come out of his shell by giving him toys to play with and speaking to him directly. After about 10 minutes, he was comfortable enough with her to willingly show her his teeth, which she reassured us were not infected. If we lived in Cozumel, we wouldn’t hesitate to make Dr. Alejandra and team our family dentist.

I have been in need of a dentist many times while on the island. Alejandra Novoa has helped me with at least 3 crowns, 1 root canal and a seriously inflamed ligament in my lower jaw. The root canal I had done in the United States and there was a piece of tool left behind which I had been to my dentist in the US multiple times complaining about and they were never able to find. Alejandra was able to find the piece of tool in an X-ray and was able to have removed through another root canal. No more problems with that tooth after that. If you are in need of dental work and are tired of paying US prices, I recommend contacting Alejandra Novoa, you will be able to take care of ALL your dental needs and have a wonderful vacation, for a lot less than the cost of your dental work in the US...or Canada. A wonderful, English speaking, friendly and inexpensive answer to your dental needs.

Excellent professional service. I was on holiday in Cozumel and came in for an emergency (chipped tooth), which Edgar restored amazingly well in just 30 mins. Most important to me was the confidence they gave me when explaining the alternatives I had and how best to protect the teeth until my dentist back home could have a full check.

I had an accident recently leaving me with my face and teeth broken. I went to Cozumel Dentist for an emergency visit. My teeth can't be fixed until the broken jaw heals, but Edgar Hernández Castañeda added some composite to make the broken front teeth longer until they can be fixed. He did an amazing job! He hasn't even started fixing them yet, and they already look better than before the accident. I'm so happy with Edgar at Cozumel Dentist in the Burger King plaza! i highly recommend them
