Scam warning spa. This place is there to trap tourists so be careful and reading through the warning. First, making sure the owner write down the cost of services and any fee charge before you using the services. Don't use this therapist name ''Edelmira'', look on their website and making sure you don't use her. I believe Edelmira is the owner of the spa and she finds anyway to cheat your money if she can. First time, I had a deep tissue massage with one of the therapist here, and Edelmira did the food massage. Edelmira was lazy, not doing her job that well. The next day wen I came back to use the same amount of time for the same services But Not let Edelmira/the owner work on my feet. She then found a different way to charge me extra 15$ to compare with the fist time I came here. I guess, because I gave all the service works to her worker not Edelmira so this woman made sure she has to get the cut no matter what.

WARNING: Around 2 months ago I had a deep tissue massage here. I have had pain in my upper back and neck ever since. I believe the massage therapist did significant damage. I have been to an osteopath about it and this helped, however there is still pain there. Be careful and perhaps avoid the deep tissue massage.

I had the pleasure of visiting Maryposa Spa in Cozumel, with my wife for a couple's package and I can confidently say that it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and friendly service. What stood out to me was their attention to detail - every aspect of the spa was carefully crafted to provide the ultimate relaxation experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene. The staff at Maryposa Spa were not only friendly, but also incredibly skilled. They listened carefully to my needs and concerns, and tailored the treatments to suit my preferences. I felt like they truly cared about providing the best possible experience for me. What's more, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and attention to detail that I received. Lastly, I appreciate that the staff spoke English fluently, which made communication very easy and convenient.

I highly recommend Maryposas Spa for a massage. Being here on the island to scuba dive, my aging back gets sore. The Spa was recommended to me by a full timer on CZM. There was a glitch in my initial appointment, which the Maryposas office handled immediately and very professionally. Elena, my massage therapist today, was very knowledgeable and skillful, using just the right amount of pressure as she found and worked out the knots and sore spots. Thank you.

We are staying at one of the larger resorts here in Cozumel. We wanted to book a couples massage, but the price for this at the resort was outrageous. After reading other reviews about this spa, we decided to book here. We went for a 60 minute couples massage this morning at Maryposas. The massage therapist I had was very skilled and professional. The experience was very pleasant... And it cost less than half of what the resort was charging. I would definitely come back here again the next time we visit.

The moment we walked in we immediately felt relaxed. The aroma is so soothing. As young, shoe string travelers, we opted for the 30 minute massage. It was my fiancé’s first time getting a massage. It was wonderful! They hit all the pressure points and were so strong, yet gentle. I travelled a lot in South East Asia, and this is still the best massage I have ever had! Skip all the other massage places in Cozumel and come right here. Lovely place, lovely people. Would give them more stars if I could! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

The people here are very nice and accommodating. The setting was relaxing and quiet. They speak very fluent English so if you aren’t a Spanish speaker you will have a very easy time understanding them. Will definitely visit next time we are on the island.

This was the best message I have ever had. I exercise and sit for work all day, I have horrible knots and back pain. I felt so chill and relaxed after, they applied a lot of pressure which I needed. I enjoyed the oil smell and the beautiful music. I could hear some road noise but it was not too distracting, just a note in case it would bother someone. I would definitely book again when I return, this was such a nice treat.
