We enjoyed some amazing dives here (You have to see the reef to believe it - spectacular! 🐠🦀🦈🌊😍) and it was a pleasure to support such a fantastic family-owned-and-run shop. Alex was quick to respond to messages when we were scheduling and made sure everything was clear and organized, and Stephan gave excellent dive briefings to make sure we were all safe and informed so we could truly just enjoy the magic of the reef once we got underwater. Just finished a week of diving with Jungle Divers and it was outstanding as it always is from day 1 today 6 .Small groups for personal service easy to set schedule with Alex to diving with Steph always felt comfortable and safe during each dive nothing was rushed dive boat and crew were great and a nice lunch was served between dives. To top it off Steph is great underwater photographer with free photo's with your dives.

An Incredible experience! My wife and I recently became Open Water Certified in the midwest, and came down here for a vacation with friends, and we decided to dive for three days with Jungle Divers, not knowing what to expect. Alex and Steph (the owners) were incredible at communication, and in getting us out onto the water! Steph gave detailed instructions and history of the dives, spent almost an hour on the boat going over marine wildlife with us, and would point out hard-to-find creatures while diving! The amount of animals we saw was incredible: nurse sharks, stingrays, moray eels, sea turtles, barracudas, crabs, lobsters, exotic fish, vibrant coral, and the list goes on! This sort of experience is not what you normally get from a dive charter. The three days we were diving with them felt more like private tours and instruction than simply a charter. We highly recommend Jungle Divers, and will absolutely be diving with them again the first chance we get!

We had a fantastic time with Jungle Divers! They stored our gear for the week, provided lunch and beverages on each dive day, started each dive with a detailed breakdown of each dive plan with wildlife expectations/possibilities, and offer excellent photo packages (note: most of these pictures are ones I personally took while diving, a few from JD). When I was initially uncomfortable with a wreck dive, Stef immediately offered to adjust my plan with another group without making me feel left out or that he was bothered by my request. Alex in the office was just as amazing - communication and responsiveness were A+. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cozumel! Top notch!

Wow. What an AMAZING dive shop. Steph, Alex, (the owners) and Richard (our buddies' instructor) really go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. They speak great English and i'm certain that they speak fluently in a couple other languages as well. Their rental gear is good quality, and not worn out. Steph has this amazing guide book with maps of the reefs and photos of all the sea creatures in the area (all taken by him). He thoroughly explains on each dive what you're likely to experience and see, and carried a slate to make communication easier underwater. He will also make sure you know all the safety measures on the boat and underwater before each trip. Lunch (more of a heavy snack) and drinks are provided on the boat. The boats that we were on were a good size, all had great entry/exit points, and the boat staff was very helpful. This may be a small shop, but they make sure that you have a big experience. Sincerest thank yous to Steph and Alex, who make sure you don't have to worry about a thing.

I recommend Jungle Divers! Stephen and Alex got us fully set-up with the proper gear and sizing at their shop ahead of the dive (which is always comforting to know your dive master is operating their business from a legit shop). We then drove a few mins to the marina, where the boat had our full tanks ready to go. Stephen had a book of pictures of all the underwater life we might see on the dives, which made it more exciting to actually see a lot of these fish in real time under water! My favorite part was — I saw my first shark!! (Thanks to stephen for pointing it out, along with the multiple turtles, and eagle ray, and so many colorful fish). And a yummy lunch was provided on the boat in between dives.

Great experience and great dive shop! They have what i would say is the best rental equipment I have ever used (Aqualung Legend Regulator!?). Steph was awesome at finding the little things and guiding us through the awesome Cozumel reefs to make sure we saw everything. The boat used was excellent, what a great time!

Alex was wonderful when we had issues and had to reschedule our trip. Then had a great 2 days of diving with Steph. We did our referral dives and they were great. Fantastic sites, great drift dives. Boat crew was very helpful, and their food was fantastic. Small group on the boat, so that always makes the experience better. Will definitely book my next dives in Cozumel with Jungle Divers.

My wife and I did a Discovery tour with Stephen in 2021 and it was life changing. We got our Open Water cert this year and had four dives with him this week. Absolutely amazing experience! He is an incredible Dive Master that makes you feel safe and is able to show you the beauty of diving Cozumel! He is also a photographer that can record your adventure. Recommend anyone coming to dive in Cozumel check them out way more comfortable than the mass diving tours. We will be returning to dive Cenotes with him the future.

I reached out to Jungle Divers ahead of an upcoming trip and scheduled a Full Facemask training for my new Ocean Reef mask. Alex was exceptional in explaining the course offering and provided great communication. When I arrived for the trading had the pleasure of meeting her Stephen’s and their beautiful little girl. This is a beautiful family and you couldn’t feel as though you were not among dear friends. Steven’s training was excellent with his personal approach to trading and coaching. Upon completion of the training i went for my first boat dive the next day. Stephen’s training resulted with perhaps my best dive experience using my new mask! I would highly recommend Jungle Divers for all your Cozumel diving needs!

It was like diving with family. This was our first family diving trip for the 5 of us, 4 of us needed to get OW certified. We completed the online curriculum and then did all the practical work with Jungle Divers. Both instructors were amazing in helping my 12 year old son (and me) be comfortable while doing the skills and giving everyone tips on how to equalize. Tons of pro-tips on gear and techniques. We used the comfort gear and it was in great condition and, well comfortable. They took care of the gear getting it ready in the morning and cleaned up in the afternoon. Loved how you could stay down as long as your tank lasted instead of when the air guzzler in the group went low. Quick and thorough responses from chats or email. Great guides and knowledgable on all the sea life, will definitely be visiting them again.

We did two dives with Jungle Divers and I couldn’t recommend them more. Stef was a fantastic guide and made sure that our dives were enjoyable. We felt very safe with him and his knowledge of the area is immense. The equipment was in great condition, the booking process was easy, and the communication was excellent. The dives were long and very relaxed with TONS of marine life. I have nothing but positive things to say and I will absolutely dive with Jungle Divers again.

We had the most amazing experience! Everything was so simple. Quick concise communication. They were so flexible with everything we needed. Some of our divers brought some of their own gear but the gear we did rent looked brand new! Dive briefings were great and we learned what marine life we could see. Lunch was great. So delicious. They pointed out so many things to us they we may have missed otherwise. After our dive Stef told us a few really neat historical stories. They even gave us recommendations for things to do locally and places to eat. Absolutely bent over backwards for us! I can’t wait to come back and dive with them again.

We loved our experience with Jungle Divers! Steph was very knowledgeable with the reefs and sea life. We felt very safe having him as our guide. We loved having the shop arrange and put together our gear and drop off and pick up to and from the shop. This dive outfit leaves at 9:30 so no need to wake up too early. Also no bottom time limits! Our bottom times are the longest ones - we were first to jump and last to be back on the boat. The boat crew was fantastic! Food was great and beer was cold. We are already planning our next dive trip to Cozumel with Steph!

This is a wonderful dive shop! Steph and Alex have a great business and are friendly and accommodating. For me, having a "big boat" was super important and they have small groups, big boat and are knowledgeable and professional. As a solo female diver, I feel super safe diving with Jungle Divers and will be diving with them every time I visit Cozumel in the future.

This dive shop is fantastic! The owners Alex and Stephan work very hard to go above and beyond! Alex quickly replied to all my questions before we got to Cozumel. Then after we arrived I asked for some recommendations and she sent an entire list of restaurant recommendations in the area! Stephan was our dive master and it was so great diving with him! On the boat before the dive, he reviewed the types of fish we would see using a chart with the fish images. He brought a slate on the dives and wrote the names of the fish we saw underwater. We really liked that he did this! Stephan also brought is underwater camera and took loads of photos! This was my first dive after getting my PADI Open Water in February so I was nervous. Stephan and Alex did a great job making me feel safe and giving me confidence. The lunch that was provided in between our dives was very delicious. The prices are reasonable and we were given the option to pay in USD. If you are looking for a dive shop in Cozumel, look no further because Jungle Divers will not disappoint!

These guys are absolutely incredible and run a super solid dive business! As a newly certified diver who had never been in the ocean before, they took great care of me. Stef helped me get comfortable to where I was able to do drift dives, sunset, and night dives. His wife Alex does a top notch job scheduling all the dives and can give travel tips for things to do and see on the island. I got a scooter delivered to my door for $20usd a day thanks to her. After seeing all the other dive boats out on the water I can say that Jungle Divers gets the best ones there are. Love having shade and room to move around on a boat that is not packed like sardines. 10/10 highly recommend any of their services! Bonus points for being eco conscious and actively protecting the marine life.

Fantastic all around! A group of us just came back from 6 day dive trip at Jungle Divers and we all could not be happier. The communication right from the beginning was great. Alex had everything squared away and the diving went off without a hitch. Stef was the most professional and knowledgable person Ive had the pleasure of meeting in scuba to date. My wife wanted to do a try scuba and again there instructor was perfect. She was knowledgable and very calming for the new divers. I wish I could give 10 stars!
