Quinta Suites!! Terrific hotel and even better value. My family and I just recently stayed 8 days with Carlos at the Quinta Suites. It was our first time at QS, but this was our 10th visit to Cozumel. The hotel is clean, perfectly maintained, and has two roof top decks for swimming, relaxing, or watching the people go by. The rooms are prefect for a stay. My wife and I had the large suite. It has a HUGE living/lounge area, a really nice furnished kitchen, a giant master bedroom, and a nice size bathroom with piping hot water. Carlos is just an amazing host. He always replies quickly with a question, recommendation, or request. He brought us a hot water pot for us to make coffee in the morning. We like using our French press, but the room does have a nice coffee maker. We have stayed in hotels and resorts all over Cozumel, and the Quinta Suites is really the best value we have found. It is literally right in the middle of everything...but it doesn't have the noise or craziness. If you want some crazy??? It is a three minute walk to all the bars and restaurants. We have definitely found our favorite home away from home in Cozumel. Thanks Carlos!!

We stayed at Carlos‘ place for a week and really enjoyed it! The apartment was impeccably cleaned daily, unlimited drinking water and a load of laundry we’re included too. We loved that Carlos took the time to greet us personally, show us around and give us some tips for places to eat and where to rent a scooter. If we return to Cozumel we would not look anywhere else!

Perfect spot for a dive trip. Quiet and low frills but great value, great staff and location. Suite was comfortable, pitch black at night with a fan in the room so we slept like a couple rocks. Met some fun folks from all over by the pool which is small but good depth and refreshing. Right across the street is a great dive shop, Tres Pelicanos. Recommend both.

I had the privilege of staying at Quinta Suites for a week and it was amazing. Carlos does an amazing job of making you feel like you're renting from a friend. Knowledge, upbeat and always willing to point you in the right direction. The property has secured access, pool, community area, small work out area upstairs and breakfast. My suite had a living room bedroom and kitchen area. It really felt like home. They even offer laundry service! It was great coming home and not having to do laundry. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. It was perfect. I'm hoping to visit again later this summer. Thanks again Carlos!

I have stayed here twice now. Can't beet the location. Walking to everywhere in town yet tucked away from the bustle. The rooms are pleasant and very clean. A/C and internet are excellent. Carlos is always helpful with advice and local tips. I also love the super friendly staff. The available laundry service is perfect for longer stays. Small breakfast is provided so you get a bite before an early dive. Dive shops are just a few meters away. Nice outside seating for a beer or a glass of wine. Supermarket is also just a 10 min walk. Will be back.

I love this place. I’ve stayed there many times and I am welcomed like family. Carlos and the 2 women that are his staff are very friendly. They always tell me they are glad I’m back. The rooms have everything I need and are very clean. The location is great. Near town and one block from the waterfront. Great area to sit outside and to rinse and dry scuba gear.

I have stayed at Quinta Suites numerous times and it continues to be one of the best places I have stayed in Cozumel. The rooms are always clean and well maintained, with complimentary filtered water, large/comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Carlos is an awesome host and always provides great recommendations to those new to Cozumel. His staff is very friendly and on-site almost every day. Location is amazing. Strong WiFi available in each apartment as well as in the outdoor areas. I would definitely recommend Quinta Suites to anybody visiting Cozumel.

After arriving at Quinta Suites for the first time yesterday (4/10/23), and reading about Carlos and how wonderful he is, we now understand. Carlos is genuine, he has a terrific staff, he runs a VERY clean “ship”, and after our first night's sleep we now know where we will be staying on this beautiful island in the future. Located in the centre of everything, with Quinta Suites you simply cannot go wrong. The continental breakfast in the morning with the islands best cup of coffee is only a bonus!!!! We CANNOT recommend Quinta Suites more highly, it's our new home away from home for years to come.

This is a small locally owned more personable hotel. Some friends booked and decided to change places very last min. and Carlos was not as understanding and accommodating, as the other larger more corporate feeling hotels were, with allowing someone else to take their room. My Husband and I tried and Carlos wouldn't allow it. As small business owners ourselves my husband and I understood, and luckily we were able to book another room and still gave the place a try as we were wanting to extend our stay in Cozumel. Our stay here did not disappoint and we will definitely be staying there again! For the price you can't beat it!

Quinta Suites in Mexico is an excellent place to stay for those looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. I recently spent four days at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the accommodations and the level of service provided by the staff. One of the standout features of Quinta Suites is its location, the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and provides stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The room was clean and comfortable and had great views. The staff at Quinta Suites were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, from arranging airport transfers to recommending local attractions and restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend Quinta Suites to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Mexico. The hotel's combination of beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations, and attentive service makes it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Awesome hotel a block from the ocean in Cozumel. We come here yearly to scuba dive. Rooms are super clean and the owner and staff are great. Highly recommend!

Awesome location, excellent value, amazing service, highly recommend! I am so glad I found this place! I stayed 9 nights in a deluxe suite here. Cleaner than a 5 star hotel, and even better more personable service. The owner, Carlos is on site and will help you with whatever you need including a bike for your stay and great breakfast, he is so kind and welcoming. The pool right outside your door, large palapa to sit and have drinks, and laundry service included is hard to beat anywhere else on the island. 2 blocks from the waterfront, you can walk to everything, including some great local spots. I cannot recommend this place enough! I will be back for sure. Book your stay here you wont regret it!

It was awesome; Quinta Suites felt like a home away from home! My friend and I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. We liked that the building was gated. We stayed in the Family Suite... loved the clean and spacious rooms! Beds were supercomfy and kitchen was well-equipped. Location was perfect...quiet street, close to the ferry, grocery store, shops and eateries. Carlos is a helpful and hospitable host. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Really nice condo style hotel. Location is perfect. Close enough to everything in town to walk in 4 minutes, far enough so that it's not in the middle of foot or car traffic. Carlos is a wonderful host and genuinely cares about the quality if his guest stay. The two ladies that he has hired to help care for the property are equally genuinely happy to help you enjoy your stay. The complimentary continental breakfast is perfect for starting a day diving. Toast, jellies, rolls, yogurts, museli, fruit, juice, coffee. UPDATE: March 2023 - we returned for another 8 or 9 day stay in late Feb early March 2023. I'm updating my review to 5 stars on the rooms as well (I previously only gave it 4 stars on the room as it didn't have some things I would have liked in the kitchen). In the "superior" room the kitchen also had a hot plate which allowed for the extra cooking we wanted to do - so rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, hot plate - as well as typical dishes and utensils were all available - the standard room may also have the hotplate now as well, but I was in the superior and it definitely had it. In addition they added some sun loungers out by the pool that we liked. Quinta suites has a great host and staff and is a very nice accommodation. Recommend!

Everything went super smooth. Carlos is a super host and the apartments are very nice, clean and good equipped. Also the cleaning lady is very nice and laudery service is inclusive! The place is safe, close to restaurant, shops and the beach. If you want to go to some nice beaches I recommend to rent a car or scooter.

Highly recommended place to stay. I spent three nights in their family suite, and I'll absolutely be back. Spotless rooms, fantastic location, and probably the greatest host in Cozumel -- Carlos treats everyone like a VIP and is accessible any time to be of service. His colleague Julia, who cares for the property, is a warm, lovely lady. 10/10, but bring your own shampoo. ;-)

We spent the month of February in Cozumel at Quinta Suites. Our room was well equipped, exceptionally clean and Carlos's, the owner, was onsite 24/7 and very responsive to any request we made. His attention to detail and upkeep/maintenance of the property was impressive. He has an eye for detail making sure that everything is properly cared for by the staff. There is a locked gate adding security to the property. The upstairs palapa and pool area provided a quaint area for socializing and if you're out in the early mornings you get treated by a group of parrots that fly over like clockwork. Carlos is an outstanding host and treats you like a long time friend. He is also an avid traveler and has wonderful stories that he graciously shared with the tenants. The property is perfectly located in the central district within walking distance a ton of restaurants and shopping. I also have to mention the housekeeper is so sweet and attentive. Two services that stood out for us were: Each room was supplied with 2 large bottles of water daily. We never had to purchase water, and weekly laundry service was also provided. This was a great surprise and convenience. The only negative about staying there was having to leave! I would have been perfectly happy staying longer.

Great big clean apartment, totaly worth the price, great location, close to lots of resturants, shops and the beach. Nice warm staff, the owner even brought us a bottle of wine because it's our honeymoon! Very recommended!

The apartment I stayed in was pretty much brand new. I had the bottom floor number 1 unit and it’s laid like three small rooms connected together, so quite a bit of space. Rice cooker, coffee maker, fridge utensils all ready to go. The wifi was also excellent I took zoom meetings and worked remotely in between diving. The upstairs common space has a small pool and covered tables. The town is a few blocks away and many restaurants are available. The host is super friendly English and Spanish. Overall a great value and quality combo, I’d stay again.
