We had a bit of trouble finding the actual dive shop when we first arrived. See the photo below, thats the gate you need to go through. If you arrive early they may not have opened the gate yet. Just walk through the Playa Azul Beach Club hotel and you can get to the dive shop. We had an amazing time diving with Blue Dream Cozumel. Joey was our dive master and he was exactly that. A true Dive Master. Joey has over 8000 dives and seemed more excited to get on the boat every morning than I was! Blue Dream is definitely a smaller diving operation on the island and that is what really makes it stand out. My group did 13 dives over 6 days and only on the last 2 days we had another couple from Australia come along with us. So we had a private boat for the most part! Other large operations had boats going out with over 20 divers!!! Joey catered to our needs exactly. My dad and I did a 1 hour refresher course in the pool at the adjoining hotel. We could tell right anyway that Joey new his stuff and safety was paramount. Joey took us to lots of different sites, drift dives, swim though/caves, huge walls, a night dive (my favourite!!), a wreck dive.....all amazing. Beto was the captain of our boat and did an amazing job of getting us to and from our dive site. Always very helpful. I hope to dive Cozumel again in a few years when my kids are older, I will definitely use Blue Dream.

We feel very fortunate to have booked our diving vacation with BlueDream. The crew, gear, boat and communication were all top notch, allowing us to have an unforgettable experience. Bluedream is a smaller outfit on the Northern end of the island. This allowed us to have a more personalized and intimate experience of the beauty Cozumel has to offer. Their dive boat is fast and expertly piloted by captain Beto, allowing us to spend more time underwater than above. On the way to the dive sites, we passed many larger dive boats crammed with 15+ divers. Joey, our dive master, made our dives unforgettable. He is brimming with personality and passion for Cozumel diving. His knowledge of the reefs and sea-life greatly added to our enjoyment of the dives. I highly recommend BlueDream to everyone who is considering diving the warm waters of Cozumel.

I wouldn't dive with anyone else in Cozumel. Just completed our second dive trip with them. Chris and her staff are extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Isais is great at handling all the details and as a Second DM as well. Jose, the captain, is great, always right there to pick us up and makes a mean ceviche as well! Jorge was awesome as our primary DM. Very safety conscious and also got my husband and I through our AOW painlessly. He's also pretty hilarious and has a great singing voice as well. Small groups and lots of personal attention. 6 or 7 divers max and several of the dives it was just my group of 4.

Excellent dive shop. Well staffed, knowledgeable dive guides, small group trips. We’ve been diving on Coz for over 20 years and Chris and her staff have done a great job of preserving what diving used to be like in the pre-boom days; small groups, personalized experience. Plus, they are located at Playa Azul which is an excellent spot for non-divers to snorkel and hang out.

It was absolutely fantastic! Chris is extremely accommodating. The diving and our guide David was Awesome! We are changing our trip and diving again tomorrow!

I will ALWAYS use BlueDream when diving in Cozumel. They are the best dive shop I’ve come across in 30 years of diving. Cristian treated me, my wife, and 2 daughters like we were members of her family. I would literally give that woman the shirt off my back. Her amazing personality, big smile, and focus on safety is reflected in every one of her staff too. Issais, David (aka noodle), Francisco, and Beto are my friends for life! Please ask them for recommendations for food in Cozumel too. We smartly went everywhere they suggested, and weren’t let down once

This was my second year diving with Bluedream Cozumel. They are a small dive shop with a family touch. They are very knowledgeable of all dive sites both North and South. They never over crowd the boats which allows the dive master to show you a great dive. If you are staying at the Westin or any of the hotels in the north end-they are super convenient to get to, you don't need to rent a car or take a taxi to the south end.

I came to Cozumel in October and had a fantastic experience diving with Bluedream. It's a small dive shop with a very intimate crew that takes safety seriously while having loads of fun. I dove with Jorge and the owner Chris, and they both enjoy what they do and provide the best experience for guests. They made great effort to take us to the best dive sites they thought we would love, and actively point out everything they see underwater to make each dive exciting and unique. They're very laid back, and everything from scheduling to settling the bill was easy and stress-free. I'll definitely be coming back to dive with them in the future and recommend to others as well.

12 years of diving with Blue Dream. Every year like clockwork I come to dive with my friends Blue Dream. This is the best little dive shop on Cozumel island. The owner / instructor Christiane, dive instructor Jorge, captain Jose, and dive shop admin Isaias take care of us like family. After years of me diving alone and visiting Cozumel on and off, Chris and Jorge trained my son to dive and now it's become our family tradition! Come dive Cozumel in January! While the weather may be unpredictable, on a clear calm day you'll find uncrowded dive sites full of marine life. There's a good chance you'll have the boat to yourself and a choice of dive sites (conditions permitting). Most important -- you'll support small shops like Blue Dream during their low season.

We dove 4 days of 2 tank dives with Blue Dream Diving and couldn’t be more pleased. Chris and her crew treated us like family and made the booking extremely easy. Our Dive Master/ Guide was Jorge and he was an incredible guide, showed us some amazing dive sites while also teaching us how to improve our diving skills. Jose the captain was always there to help with our gear and helping us in and out of the water. We got to experience the amazing sealife and diving of Cozumel while also leaving as more confident divers with the skills we learned. I had the pleasure to spend 3 days diving with the bluedream crew in April, and it was awesome. Jorge took the time to find very rare specimen (horse fish) and the captain turns out to be a good cook as well. The story you can read in the other comments of people coming here for the past 12 years are true... I dove with a couple who were coming for the 11th time!

The Bluedream made our trip the best it could have been. Chris not only the best dive instructor but also an awesome person to be around. Jose the captain was amazing and the whole process went smoothly and allowed us to enjoy our entire time with 0 stress. My sister got certified and the next day we went on a night dive with Isaias and she loved it. Everyone working there is excited for you to have an awesome experience.
