We stayed one night at Miramar because we had a different trip planned but it was awesome… and I can’t wait to return !!!Just what we needed.. we woke up with this amazing view of the deep blue Crystal clear water .. The pool overlooking the Caribbean is epic .. A really comfy place with a clean cool tropical decor.. a perfect place to relax and chill out in vacation

We stayed on the bottom floor with our two children. We had a two bed two bath unit. The bathroom could use an update, but no real complaints. We enjoyed our stay. I would assume each unit is different. We really enjoyed the pool area. The pool had an amazing view. While the part closest to the condominiums is a regular sunken pool, the part near the sea is only a couple inches deep. It was perfect for sitting on/in with friends the whole day. In this area there is a sunken hot tub, but we weren't sure how to turn it on. To the south end of the pool area there are stairs down to the sea where you can snorkel. There are also showers and two hamocks. There is not much right nearby except other housing. This place is not located downtown, but is a quick cab ride down for amazing food. Try and go to the museum resteraunt (upstairs) and get the Mexican platter. If you want a little more but don't want downtown, to the north there is also a great beach club, Buccanos, that is either a very short can ride or a not too long walk where they offer food and drink in the beach.

Our first time to Miramar but our fifth time to Cozumel. We stayed in unit 203. From now on, this is where we are staying! Perfect location to town and to the marina for scuba diving. And an outdoor area to rinse our gear. Easy access to our front door from the parking lot. Perfect accommodation with the kitchen and the bathroom and the laundry room was amazing! The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. Plenty of towels and very good communication! Thank you. Also, definitely book the chef! He's wonderful!

The most amazing place I have stayed at! 1. I love Cozumel 2. I didn't even think we had to leave our condo. Everything we needed was provided and there. I love the pool overlooking the ocean and the diving board and snorkeling right off the side was so cool! We loved the owners and their communication was great! We will definitely be back and I have recommended their condos to everyone! ❤️

Property, staff and management were all excellent. Snorkeling in front of the condos was fantastic. We are already planning another visit.

Not one thing to say negative about Matt and his condo. Not only was his service fantastic, the condo was very nice. Not only was that all good, I lost my phone on the road coming back to condo. I found only "locate" when I got home, sent the locate to Mr Matt, and he and his boy when looking for it and found it in the brush, and fedex it to me. I can not thank him enough for that extra service he gave Us. Matt with all Love, will see you again FOR SURE Love, Todd and Renee : ) xo

Spent 7 days here and would definitely stay here again. The condo looked exactly like the pictures online so you know exactly what you're getting. It's very well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels, laundry supplies, etc. The view is second to none and the water right outside the condo is great for swimming and snorkeling. The staff is also incredibly helpful. On our first night, we noticed that one of the showers wasn't draining well. We reported it to management, and the staff had it fixed by noon the next day. Overall, extremely happy with our stay here.

Super quite spot in the main road, away from the noise in downtown. You can snorkel right from the pool and the sunset is amazing

This was a great place to stay. It is located on the north side. Unless you are staying in the area you will not get a lot of people passing through. The condo was on the shore. You could snorkel or swim in the pool. The condo owners set up the room very good. You had a beautiful view of the sea.

We’ve rented from Miramar many times and love it every time. Matias is very helpful and accommodating. We made the mistake to book 1 day shy of our plans and they effortlessly worked with us to extend us that day. Even offered a late checkout so we could leave closer to our flight time. Definitely a great place and staff.

Wonderful Condo! We have stayed on the Cozumel north end for many years and Miramar #301 is the best condo and location we have experienced to date. Snorkeling is made easy with a steel staircase that leads right into the water or if you feel brave enough you can jump off their diving board. A nice touch was the owner's listing of restaurant and tours recommendations for our use. The owner also took the time to come meet and greet us. Pool area was nice and plenty of chairs and tables available. Overall it is an excellent vacation destination that we hope to use for years to come.

We stayed at Miramar Condos and we enjoyed every moment so much, the view is spectacular and the sunsets are amazing. The location could not be better. Matias and Isabella are great hosts, we are so grateful for their hospitality. We have stayed at a couple of hotels in Cozumel before and this experience on a private apartment was definitely the best!

This is our third stay at Miramar! We plan on coming back in October. The rooms are perfect and the staff is awesome. Matias can arrange covid testing in your room among other things. Jose the building keeper is awesome and attentive! Five stars!

We come to Cozumel every year and this year due to Covid-19, our normal spot was closed. We booked Miramar #202 with cozumelseaside.com and it was wonderful. Excellent north side location and space. The unit is packed with amenities like a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The unit is close to the water so it's much nicer than some hotels or condo's that are further from the shore. Snorkeling on the north side is the best. The owners put a lot of thought and care into the place. It felt like a home and not a rental and anything you need, Matias, Isabella, or their staff can help you get. It was an excellent experience. We will be back soon!

Can't say enough about Miramar! The location, views, and amenities are amazing. The best snorkeling is right out the backdoor and there's nothing more relaxing than hanging out at the pool in the warm sun watching the boats go by. The staff is also wonderful. Prior to our arrival, they promptly answered all of my questions and were clear in all their communicatons. When we arrived, they quickly responded to all of our needs. Through them we got a great deal on two rental cars, a masseuse, a photographer and more. We had a great time with our three sons and their wives as we enjoyed many of the fun things to do on the island mixed in with days of just relaxing at Miramar. We're looking forward to another visit soon!
