We could not have had a better night dive experience. The level of service and care with their clients is unmatched. They know how to treat their clients. Miguel, Juan, Ruben, and out boat captain 'the wolf' gave us top notch, personal service, took their time with us, and had well maintained gear. We want to come back immediately to dive with this company again and again. The night dive itself was one of the best dives we have ever done. We saw octopus, king crabs, lobster, shrimp, squid, rays, hermit crabs, colorful sleeping fish - everything. Thank you so much for great service!

Thoroughly enjoyed diving with Scuba Juan. Felt like I met new friends the minute I walked in their door by the Hotel Barracuda. Two on our trip were experienced divers and Scuba Juan delivered. We dove a Navy ship wreck (C-53), completely exploring the exterior, then winding through two floors of the interior. Paradise Reef was an incredible night dive. Our dive masters on all trips were fun, friendly, and relaxed, yet thorough; they know what they’re doing. Juan also took one from our party on a discovery dive right from shore off the hotel. What a great, caring instructor and tour guide. I highly recommend this operation. If you’re planning a dive trip, Scuba Juan can also hook you up with reasonable hotels.

These guys are absolutely amazing! I have a fear of drowning and these guys made sure I conquered it and complete my discovery dive. Our cruise ship cancelled our original booking 2 days before we were to set sail and on short notice Scuba Juan took us in and showed us an amazing time! So knowledgeable and patient, I can't say enough about these guys to even scrap the top of how great they are. We will definitely be using them again next time we visit Cozumel.

I had the pleasure of diving with SCUBA Juan and everything was perfect. From Miguel at the shop who was super nice and helpful to Yordan and Lobo on the boat who I dove with 2 days. I can't say enough about how friendly, helpful and laid back everyone was. Yordan was an excellent dive guide and Lobo a great captain. I will look to only dive with them on my next trip to Cozumel. I can't think of a thing that wasn't done well, they really are a great shop.

I dove with Juan and his staff for ten days in October, The dives were Great and the Entire Staff Especially The Divemaster's Dari and Ruben and Office mgr. Miguel Did a Great Job, The Boat is fast and a little bigger than most fast dive boats in Cozumel and they even had Sandwiches (Which after years of diving in Cozumel was a first for me) and fresh fruit for us between our Dives. Definitely recommend Scuba Juan and looking forward to my next trip with them.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We came here to get certified and had a great experience. We also went on a couple of boat dives and were so pleased. Everyone we met -- Juan, Fernando, Miguel, Wilbur, Reuben, and Dari -- were awesome! We always felt safe, we felt like we were constantly learning new information, and we always had a good time! The price was right for everything we did. Their scuba shop became our second most visited place after our hotel. We'll be back next year for more certifications and more dives!

Juan and his team made our trip so special! My cousin had never scuba dived before and he got certified in a couple of days, one on one training with instructor Monstruo (Monster). We were able to do a total of 8 dives in 3 days including an incredible night dive in Villa Blanca! Juan and his team were very accommodating to our interests and experience levels above and below the surface. In the water, the dive masters Ruben and Dari were vigilant and professional, and at the shop Miguel was informative and motivating. Personally, I prefer ScubaJuan to other dive shops since it's an authentically Mexican-owned dive business!

I contacted the phone number the night before our excursion to make a reservation. They got us scheduled quickly and accepted payment by PayPal. We left from Playa del Carmen on the ferry, but it came in a little late, and they were able to wait for us. It was a 7-minute walk from the ferry to the meetup point. The boat launched from behind the barracuda hotel. Payment was completed by PayPal as well. Cesar and Charly give us a great 4 hour snorkel experience. The water and wind was a little rough that particular day, and they knew just what to do to accommodate the situation.. The fruit was ripe and delicious and just the right snack for the trip. Lots of water, and the beer was cold, too!

Juan is a very patient and experienced teacher. He can control your emotions under water. I definitely recommend PADI courses with Juan. Reef diving with a school team after the course. Wonderful moments and people you will never forget.

Great dive operator, did a 2 tank dive there. Meeting point is at the barracuda hotel which is way more convenient than in the marina. The group was small, we got a lot of bottom time and both Juan/Miguel at the shop as well as our guide was very pleasant! Looking forward to go diving again with you!

Great experience at scubaJuan’s in Cozumel! The staff in the shop was very helpful in getting our gear ready. Our dive master, Alex, took us to two great dive sites - He was fantastic and very friendly!

My wife and I had a great experience with the team at Scuba Juan! Their friendly and knowledgeable staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. We couldn't be happier that we chose them to help us complete our Open Water Certification through their PADI Referral Course! We now have a home base when we return to the island!
