Amazing food !!! About 5-10 min walk from the ferry drop off. To start we had the White fish ceviche & lightly fried octopus. The fish was very fresh, the octopus was not rubbery or overdone. For main course we had the steak tacos & grilled fish of the day which was the Red Snapper & potato wedges as a side. Excellent presentation of the main courses. The steak was very tender, they come 3 for the order with cheese and a sauce, not spicy at all. The fish was perfectly cooked with so much flavor. For dessert we had the apple cobbler, it was not too sweet, very delicious. Great service, thank you Circe, our server. We paid around $150.00 USD. With sparkling water & Coke Zero to drink.

Everything here was amazing! From the service to the food and the atmosphere. Dessert had a show and was worth every penny. Servings are large so come hungry and ready to eat. 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a nice date night with a slight upscale environment.

Truly delicious and really attentive service! There were good reviews, but food in the tourist areas isn't usually good. This was an excellent exception. We ordered 5 dishes and 2 different drinks and each was amazing. Totally worth it and we'll eat here again, for sure! Cristhiany was very attentive and looked out for potential allergies and happily answered any questions. A great experience, like fine dining in Los Angeles!

Top notch restaurant with great food and service. Highly recommend stopping by. I love the charcoal taste of the steaks and the side dishes were really good. Enjoy the drink menu and many options of liquor.

I can’t wait to get back to this place! Eduardo worked his magic with every single recommendation. The Mayan coffee was a fun little show for a night cap! Every dish at our table received rave reviews and the cocktails were beautiful!

We heard that Bajau was good but that’s an understatement. Was fantastic. 5 stars for the delicious flavors the chef imparted into his dishes. Also with a beautiful presentation. The atmosphere was eclectic but not stuffy. The staff was very friendly, happy and eager to assist with the pairings. The have menus in English and Spanish. We went with the waiters recommendations for fantastic fresh cocktails and a seafood sampling. The cocktails were exceptional. Seafood was fresh and well prepared. Was not just the standard prep - was accentuated by the chefs Mexico City culinary roots. He came to our table several times. The manager checked on our happiness frequently. We did not have any of the meat options. The overall experience was amazing for not very much money. Food comparable to fine dining in Houston at half the price. Chris was the server- A+, the chef’s name is Christian A+++. Bartender deserves a A++. Go there! Have fun. I recommend reservations. See the pictures and relish at the amount of beautiful food and lovely looking cocktails!

Absolutely delicious, steak , fries, fish tacos, and the crab wontons were amazing. I would come back 1000 times over than any other restaurant.

This place was literally 10/10. The service, food and music were all 10s. Then there were Ernesto and Circe...OMG!!!!! They were perfect! Don't get me wrong the place is awesome, but our waiters were very attentive. About the food..... yum yum yummy 😋 About the drinks!!!! Lord the cucumber 🥒 margaritas 🍹.... the best darn drink in town!!!

Absolutely amazing. Can't say enough about staff, food quality, the spectacular setting. The sunset at dinner are beyond words. Others have complained that it is too expensive but to me it was worth every penny. Only regret is not discovering it earlier on our vacation

This place is an absolute must if you are in Cozumel. Everything from the smoked tuna to the blackened skirt steak and Cozumel grilled fish were all fantastic. Everything tasted fresh and seasoned perfectly. Service was excellent, Memo and Alexa were super friendly and all of the recommendations were awesome. Great ambience. Don’t miss out on this spot!

It’s probably the best Cozumel restaurant I have been to and I have been to Cozumel 3 times already. It’s new nice ambience, tasty food with a hint of Asian twist I feel like. Definitely try the ceviche trio, pork belly and cauliflower. Memo our server was very nice and informative, highly recommended

I had the grilled fish Cozumel, my wife had the Shrimp tacos. Atmosphere and staff were Fabulous. The fish was Mahi, small portion, over cooked and bland. My wife's tacos were straight Shrimp and cheese, bland as well. Presentation was great. The Guacamole and plantain chips were spot on and added just enough flavor to the fish and tacos to get us through the meal. Cost, not bad at $43 for the food and $8 for the tip. Probably not going back. Many fine restaurants on the island with much better food, albeit not many can match the atmosphere! At the end of the day, I'm much happier with fabulous food!

Can’t say enough about the service here and the manager Ricardo who really took care of us and made the experience. The staff were amazing and the ceviches and bone marrow were delicious! The Tuna burger was on point and flavorful. The atmosphere was great. Would definitely come back here again.

A good place with a nice decor for steak and other varieties of food. It is a combination of a fine dining establishment, with access to a very big TV so that one can watch the game. The servers are attentive and the place is generally welcoming.

Very good food. It is pricey but a classy place. The ambience is great for a family or a romantic dinner. My family had steaks and burgers. I’d recommend this place for people with exquisite palate.

I find myself in one of those moments where my cynicism calls for a pinch-me moment, where such a pinch is nowhere close to being needed. Bajau is excellent in every sense of the word, for my taste, as close to a perfect meal as you can get! From the upscale beach decor and ambiance to the swanky but not too in-your-face soundtrack framing your meal experience and the obvious highlights that make Bajau what it is, impeccable and enviable food and service. My family and I visited with a decent size party, so we ran through the selections on the food and drink menus, not one disappointed. From the ceviches, crudos to the tacos, seafood, beef, and vegan selections, all were amazing. Their array of house cocktails and overall pour was just as good. Again pretty darn close to perfect. To visit Cozumel and experience the island's grandeur, Bajau is an imperative.

Loooove the food. The seafood is so fresh. We ordered shimp ceviche ,it came with banana chips. The taste is so fresh. The plates they use are very special. We had the grilled fish, the red snapper was just caught in the morning. It also came with corn cake which tasted. Seafood soup is also Yammy . The cocktail I ordered is cozemel sunset, very light and good 👍
