Great dive shop with good equipment and a great guide/dive master! I did a few 2 tank dives with Carlos before Christmas and he was fantastic! He has the perfect temperament for a dive master: very patient, easy going, enthusiastic about being in the water, and safe. He was able to quickly determine our scuba skills and comfort underwater to give us the best diving experience. We were able to see so many beautiful creatures and explore Palancar Reef, including many fun swim-thrus. I always felt very safe and at ease diving with Carlos, and I even got to practice sending up the diver down flag/sausage. The Go Divers’ boat was fast and comfortable, and Captain Sam was very helpful in getting suited up and switching our gear between dives. I highly recommend Carlos and Go Divers, and will definitely use them when I return to Cozumel!

Unfortunately an unprofessional and shameful experience! For our last day in Mexico we booked a scuba diving tour (Package DSD: Discover Scuba Diving - 145$ p.P.) with this company after visiting their office where they seemed to be very friendly (already here we told them that we dont have diving licenses). For this we filled out their formular, where we clearly stated that we were beginners without a diving license. In the evening they wrote, that they have some problem: that somebody booked shortly after we left the office a private tour and that they dont have any staff left for us and if it is possible, that we rescedule. I said no, because it's our last day and we dont have any other option. Shortly later they replied and said that they found a solution for us and we dont need to worry. Then they sent us the name of their boat and that we should be at 9 o'clock at the marina for our diving trip tomorrow. We were there at 8:45 and meet one guy of this company, who said we should wait a little bit longer. At around 9:30 we saw a family of 4 people immediately entering their boat after they arrived at the marina and shortly after the boat left for their private DSD-trip! That guy said we should wait a little bit longer because another diving teacher will come to pick us up. At 9:50 that guy came and took us to a shared boat with around 20 other people (all with diving license and experience) which was about to leave! He also bring our diving equipment, which to me looked not even complete! 2 other people (professional divers) booked with this company a tour for that boat (which is btw cheaper than the DSD-package), but they already were on the boat with their scuba diving gear already assembled, etc. Then he asked us about our diving license and our last dives, even they knew everything from our submitted formular. He acted surprised: "oh, you dont have a diving license? Thats a big problem, you couldnt come on this boat." He said to the boat driver to stop departing and we got off the boat, after he said that we can come back in the afternoon and he'll give us a "private tour". For this story it was necessary that everything happened on the last minute! With the other guy from before we drove back to the office, where we wanted to get a refund. There also everbody acted surprised, even whole the story was a big orchestrated theater play!!! "Nobody knew anything", even they knew exactly what they did and that we didnt have a license. Only because they were so greedy, they let us wait for so long and arrange this story in hope that we will just come back in the afternoon. Really really disrepectful!!! Then we wanted to get a refund and needed to wait over 1 hour, until we get some paypal "confirmation" screenshot in spanish, that we will get a refund. Until this refund really happened, 15 days passed!!! Several times I asked about the status of the refund. Only after I told my Mexican friend who is a lawyer to fix the problem for me, did they send the money to my Paypal. They really cost us so much time and nerves on our last day in this beautiful country... If we only went to Aldora Divers, it would have been a little bit more expensive, but for sure very excellent and professional, unlike GoDivers Cozumel. Couldn't recommend this company with such a disrespectful and greedy behaviour to anybody. Because from the beginning they could have said, that they dont have capacity and we could go somewhere else, instead of playing with us.

It is the 3rd time I visit Cozumel and dive with Go Divers! As always, best experience ever!! The team is highly professional, they have high quality gear, the boat is great and the organization was perfect! Huge thanks to Carlos for being such a good guide! I will be back soon!

I traveled to Cozumel recently with a few fellow PADI professionals (2 instructors and 2 Divemasters). Arguably our best dives of the trip were with Go Divers. Carlos and Giovanny were fantastic Divemasters/guides and expertly tailored our dives to our experience levels. They had fantastic knowledge of the reefs and the wildlife, and were really able to show us some of the best that Cozumel has to offer. I would certainly use them again if and when I come back.

We're an older couple (I am in early 60's) and had never dived before. Carlos was our instructor and he made our experience a relaxed and confident one. Fantastic and fun experience, and kudos to Go Divers of Cozumel! (And to Carlos!)

Captain Sam and dive master Carlos provided our group with a five star experience. They were very professional, easy-going, hospitable, and amazing at making sure everyone was comfortable throughout our time on the water. We went on a two tank dive and both were incredible, I was blown away with the stunning visuals and super vivid colors of coral and sea life. Dive master Carlos was very knowledgeable and helpful making sure we all as novices, had the proper equipment and weights. I highly recommend Go Divers!

We booked a "Discover scuba dive" with Godivers. Our instructor Giovanny and his companion Julissa were a great team! They explained everything very well. As there were only two of us, they were able to concentrate fully on us, which of course also created absolute safety and trust. This made us feel very well taken care of and looked after! The divespots were great! We saw a lot and the underwater world was breathtaking. The equipment and the boat with captain Sam were absolutely great! We can highly recommend Godivers and the team and hope to come back soon!

Spent an evening (2 twilight dives) with Go divers with some friends on vacation. We are all PADI professionals and they treated us like family. Carlos was an excellent guide and I would definitely dive with them again. Two Lionfish caught and a Nurse Shark kiss!

Me and my girlfriend had one day to spend in Cozumel, and lucky us we found Go Divers! Since the beggining, they were very friendly and helpful, and made sure we were comfortable the whole dive (it was our first experience swimming in the open sea). Really, it was one of the best experiences in my entire life, and I strongly recommend "go divers" if you're thinking on scuba diving in Cozumel!!

My wife Elizabeth and I have been diving in Cozumel for 10 years. Our regular operation closed and we decided to try Go Divers and see if they could match our high expectations. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond what is expected in service and safety. Their main dive master Carlos is fantastic. He was born in Cozumel and has been diving since he was a small child. He knows the reefs here as well or better than anyone on the island and we have dived with A LOT of dive masters. The Capitan Sam is super friendly and is always in the right place at the right time. He also has a great taste in music! The boat and equipment is NEW AND SUPER NICE. We will dive with them every time we come to cozumel. A++.... Updating the review. We are close friends at this point that the shop is better than ever. They upgraded the boat and the staff in amazing. Nothing but improvements. Well done go divers.

I booked and paid for a tour on their site, went to the appointed meeting place and 30 minutes from the starting time they sent me a text telling me the group was full and they couldn’t take me. Because of the time I waited for them, I lost my chance to do another tour on my only day in cozumel. Very unprofessional.
