Tolles, komplett restauriertes Gebäude mit komplett und in schönem toskanischen Stil ausgestatteten Räumen (Ausnahme: Kaffeemaschine). Der (nicht beheizte) Pool mit Blick auf San Miniato ist toll. Dazu gehört auch ein sehr großes Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen, ehemaligem Weinberg und viel Wald. Parken im Freien vor dem Haus. Anreise ging ganz gut, obwohl man erst einmal hinfinden muss. Zu Fuß sind es sechs Kilometer nach San Miniato, zur nächsten (sehr feinen) Gaststätte etwa zwei Kilometer. Mit dem Auto sind alle Ziele in der Toskana leicht erreichbar. Es gibt in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat so gut wie fast alles möglich gemacht (z.B. mehrgängiges Abendessen für Gruppen, Vermittlung von Trüffeljagd und Weinprobe oder auch Tipps in der näheren Umgebung). Er ist gefühlt ständig dabei, die Villa noch perfekter zu machen.

Dopo una ricerca effettuata su internet, abbiamo prenotato per passare una notte in questo agriturismo, in occasione di una gita familiare in Toscana in zona San Miniato. Il proprietario Francesco è stato gentilissimo già telefonicamente e poi di persona si è dimostrato una persona squisita. Passione, pulizia, comfort, amore del dettaglio .... pur essendo il meteo non granchè, il nostro soggiorno nell'appartamento Turchese è stato piacevolissimo. Letti comodissimi, cucina veramente super accessoriata, camino fantastico con fuoco, piscina (purtroppo ancora chiusa per la stagione), bosco, uliveto.... abbiamo gradito tutti moltissimo, io e Michela e i nostri tre figli. Un grazie di cuore a Francesco e alla sua famiglia per la splendida ospitalità. Il posto è meraviglioso, tranquillo, dotato di ogni comfort e comunque non isolato e vicino al borgo di San Miniato Torneremo sicuramente, magari in altra stagione per provare la piscina e anche il tartufo bianco e il ristorante. Francesco aspettaci! Consigliamo caldamente questo soggiorno

Pool mit wunderschönem Blick auf San Miniato und die umliegenden Bergmassive ließ die Seele baumeln. Wir würden immer wieder gerne zurückkommen! Selten waren wir von einem Ort so begeistert. Hier hat alles gepasst: die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und gepflegt, das Haus selbst liegt absolut ruhig und der Pool ist großartig. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet für Ausflüge in der Region (Florence, Pisa usw.). Francesco selbst ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, sehr sympathisch, und hilfsbereit. Questo è molto più che un semplice agriturismo: è un’oasi di pace nel cuore della campagna toscana, racchiusa all’interno di una magnifica villa storica a pochi minuti dal paesino caratteristico di San Miniato, di cui si gode di una vista spettacolare dalla meravigliosa e tranquilla piscina. Ogni giorno troviamo nell’atrio i prodotti dell’orto, freschissimi e appena colti. Gli appartamenti sono solo quattro, il che significa silenzio e tranquillità, e sono dotati di ogni comfort. Firenze, Pisa, Siena e tutto il Chianti sono raggiungibili in una quarantina di minuti in auto, rendendo la Villa un ottimo punto di partenza per gite in giornata, che per noi si sono concluse con l’immancabile bagno in piscina ogni sera.
