Let’s start here, after 3 days stay, it’s my last day stay at MS millennium today, and I can’t wait to write a review. I came from USA on a business trip. The staff made my stay worth it. It’s a very safe place and location is wonderful (view of mountains and in downtown) Hotel ambience- its amazing, quite clean. cleaning lady and room service people are awesome. I am staying in a room with balcony. It’s worth the view. I wouldn’t have enjoyed the hotel in any other room as I enjoyed in the room with balcony (this enhanced my stay experience in this hotel). Staff is very responsive to guest service and room service calls and have a quick service. The cleanliness was imp to me. So I called the hotel before hand and made a note to clean it properly. They were helpful and made a note. Room was clean when I reached. and if you want more clean, just call guest service. They are very responsive. Restaurant- I am a vegetarian. I got options to eat from the menu. They have a English menu too. Veggie pizza was very good. Breakfast and lunch has buffet options ($17 dollars each almost). I took dishes from menu. Mr.Miguel (our server) he is so nice and goes a extra mile to make sure you get to enjoy your food. One of the best staffs that this hotel has. I loved the different kind of hot sauce he served. Pool and gym- it’s small but enough. We ordered drinks and appetizers at pool. It was good. If you are only coming for gym and pool then don’t come here, but if coming for a wonderful stay and great hospitality then do come here. It’s in the middle of downtown! The mall is like 2 mins walk from the hotel. I was worried to read the negative reviews at first. But when I came here, I was made sure that I have a good stay. If something goes wrong- call guest service. They will look into it immediately.

The hotel is a little dated, but my room was clean (only wood floor in my room, which is nice) and the bed was comfortable. Located in a nice part of town near lots of restaurants and malls. Couldn't give it 5 stars however because the gym was the worst I have ever seen in any hotel ever. Decent value for what I paid. Morning breakfast was nice and not too expensive.

ENGLISH AT THE BOTTOM... The only good thing about this hotel was the belt boy FRANK. Without frank this place will be a total failure. Let's start by letting you know that this place is not renovated, they made some repairs, the place is really old, the furniture is from a 1 star HOTEL. or less. The tennis court has been under construction for ever. It's actually abandoned, they just called it "under repair" Now, if you can handdle all that , including useless front desk. So you can understand a little bit of the Mexican culture, there is 2 social-economical classes, the super rich; that think that the world was made for them and the rest of the people was created to served them, and the working class that is making them richer and richer. Any how, an old couple, very old grumpy, and of course with cero education (having money is not the same as having education) insulted my son, my son was playing the piano, (bethoven 9th symphony, immagine that) the rest of the people was enjoying the REAL MUSIC. Remember good reviews have always the possibility to be FAKE, to attract people, ones in, you just stayed, like the lies on their website. Anyhow, is up to you to take chances. I WOULDN'T , 2 MAYBE 2.5 STAR HOTEL. In Mexico the hotels BUY their stars ratings be careful.

This hotel is in a VERY difficult location to get in and out of and I'm sure the Uber drivers hated us for staying there. The hotel was decent in general, but I expected better quality for a Curio property. The floor in our room was SO filthy that it turned my white socks black. Since we had one of the suites on the executive floor, we got a free meal via room service. It was not very good and we only ate part of it. The staff was super friendly, at least.

So far this is on the nicer side of the spectrum of places I've stayed for work... hotel-wise. The reason for this review so early on in my stay is for the staff at the hotel restaurant. Wow, they were incredible!!! Everyone worked so busily, yet their finished product was perfection. These people worked incredibly hard to ensure every table was happy. Everything they did was perfection. The manager was constantly evaluating and anticipating the needs of every table, as were the staff. Just an impressive job overall, even without the mariachi band who also was perfect.

Very well located Hotel when traveling to the San Pedro/Monterrey Area, super safe, near great restaurants and shops, also easy access to main avenues/roads when traveling back and forth to Saltillo or when leaving to the airport. Only downturn, older hotel without major renovations, but well maintained.

I love staying here. Everyone always makes you feel welcome. This is my favorite place when visiting Monterrey.

Priced as a high end hotel, this property does not meet the expecations of the price. Service checking in was poor at best, the room key provided did not work requreing a massive trek back to try a second key. AC in the room ran for over 45 minutes and the temperature is still unlivable. Sufficient water is not provided in the room. The desk is unworkable unless you are 7 feet tall, the chair will not raise enopugh to be able to type at a computer. Executive lounge was poorly appointed, like five cans of soda was all that was on offer and picked over food trays that were not maintained. Overall, not an exciting place.

Really good hotel. Executive level catering is excellent when you don't need a big meal. Mall with restaurants and a grocery store across the street.

Nice hotel in a great area. Walkable to shopping and some great restaurants. Underground parking available. Breakfast was very good with many options. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being church coffee and 10 being my favorite French press brew I'd give the coffee a 7. Room was nice but could use a refresh (edit: I actually had two different rooms during my stay. The second one was in very good condition, no refresh required).

A doctor’s appointment trip that we greatly enjoyed. MS Milenium is great place to stay; clean, quiet, comfortable, great room views. The staff is always attentive and helpful.

I was told this was a five-star hotel. The entirety of the hotel has a swamp like smell that is impossible to overcome. I imagine it is probably related to the water quality in the city, but that is inconsequential to my rating.

If you want a modern and new hotel it might not be the best choice; however, great and warm service, good food and great location for business at the entrance of San Pedro it worked great for me.

Only ONE restaurant for a huge hotel, so it is what it is, but this hotel sure needs more venues. Like at least 1 or 2 other restaurants. After 3 days, the same menu gets tired. Rooms need modern overhaul.

I have stayed in ms millennium so many times as diamond member . But I have very bad experience with them . First when I changed my room I left my charger on the wall and when I ask for it they said it’s not there . Then when I checked out from new room didn’t realize I didn’t had my wallet which had my money and my credit cards in it . First Lady made me wait while so I came back she said no we don’t have it and I told her what about my charger it’s two different rooms and it can’t be coincidence that items are missing . Then she act like she’s typing and out her face down which is very disrespectful then I left . I don’t trust MS millennium .

My last visit to this hotel was on May 2023 and had a bad experience with the cleanliness of the bathroom, During the night drain flies were coming out of the sink and that is very disgusting. When this hotel was an Intercontinental Brad never had a single problem. Service is just OK, nothing special. The hotel is going on renovation, but Service and cleanliness are more important.

Location is very hard to access from the main artery coming from Monterrey. The paint was cracked in my bathroom and the waterfall was turned off outside. Very loud party until 1 am kept the ambiance in the horrible range. No items in the mini fridge and there was a smashed bloody bug on the wall.

Rooms are not great, especially the bathrooms are in bad shape. The showers are old and broken and water is also dirty sometimes. The facilities such as pool and terrace bar are closed any time without any reason or notice. The view from the rooms is good.

Booked the executive room 3 weeks prior. Showed up on my booking and they wanted to give me a normal room because of “covid restrictions “ even though I paid the extra

Not an upscale hotel. Good one, but not upscale. Clogged sink, shower door did not closed, not towels in gym, not water in the gym, customer service just good but no exceptional. They forced to photo copy my ID even when I am Hilton Honors Diamond and all my info is in their system. You need to keep a key after check out, you will need it to exit the parking lot, staff did not comment about it and I had to park again and went to the lobby for the key. Bring mask to access the restaurant because the staff will not have any to offer as courtesy to get inside. Details that separate from just good to true upscale hotel.

Good enough for one night. Good location and facilities. Breakfast was regular and slow, not enough choices, maybe because we arrive early not all the personnel where there available. Good size rooms and comfortable beds.

Nice hotel and well located. Only complain is the very poor attitude and customer service of the lady in charge of the breakfast buffet bar and the pool. Their treatment made me don't wanting to have breakfast there again during my 3 week stay.

The hotel’s location is very central to everything, the service is great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful…from the valet parking to the room service crew. There is a mall and soriana across the street which is very convenient if you forgot something at home. The breakfast was a little pricey in my opinion but overall we would recommend to others.

A nightmare, dirty rooms, bad service, outdated; it feels like a hotel from the 60’s with all dirty blankets. I stayed at the presidencial suite and I seen Motel 6 cleaner than this. I made my reservation a week prior and when I arrive at 2 pm my room was ready at 5:30pm and they had to give me a king bed instead of a the two beds I reserved. They gave me an extra bed that I could feel the springs on my back. I ordered two Cokes to my room and came 1 hour later. The phone on my room didn’t work. Horrible horrible.

A good place to hold your events or meetings, it has several beautiful rooms. Its reception is spacious, the bar is comfortable. The restaurant is very good, good taste, excellent service and a delicious buffet 😋. It has a pool table, indoor pool, gym, sauna, you can have a good time, you will have fun and you can relax whether you go for business or pleasure. I recommend this Hotel. The areas of opportunity that this Hotel has: cleaning is not good, there are cockroaches in the corridors and in the rooms. Hallways are dirty. Lack of maintenance looks old. Elevators fail a lot. The emergency stairs are blocked, the doors are closed and you cannot go down the stairs or the elevator.

We stayed as long stay guest at MS Millennium, we will definitely come back. I can absolutely recommend this hotel. The location is in a very safe area, with a big shopping mall and plenty great restaurants nearby. The staff is very kind and extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us, feel like a second home. The rooms are modern with comfortable bed. The WIFI is always fast and working very well. The views of the mountains are amazing. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant very good and they opened until 12:00 (the longest breakfast time i ever had) and the staff are amazing, (super Frank! Anel, Priscila , Jonathan, Rosi, Adrian and many more). Gracias !

Well when we arrived around 12 noon Ms Estrella greeted us and told me we giving you a VIP preference “the house keeping is cleaning the room 420 right now in 10 min “ I said ok we wait the concierge had our luggage, 30 min pass I went and asked Ms is it ready? She said not yet…then I saw her going to lunch because she had a McDonals paper bag and a drink Ms Jenny was at the front now one hour pass my family seating waiting (2 kids one 2 yrs y one 7 and my daughter) the concierge came and check with us if everything was ok I went and asked Ms Jenny we being waiting long time she answered with an attitude…the room is not ready mam the people still at the room I said how come an hour ago Ms Estrella told me the housekeeper is cleaning; she answered oh sorry she’s on training, well if is taking so long, just tell me that …we could go to the mall across street and eat, she answered well the check in is at 3 anyways with a sarcastic smile, I just looked at her and told her you are so unprofessional.. an other hour Ms Estrella comes and said your room 318 is ready I told her you told me was 420 then Ms Jenny said well if you want that room you have to wait then! What kind of customer service is this? I got my luggage because the concierge wasn’t there any more to help us , got the room keys and walk towards the elevator an other concierge asked me everything ok mam? I told him no the receptionist makes us wait 3 hours to get the room I ask him what’s the manager’s name I want to talk about this lady attitude, he told me is that lady in a brown jacket Ms Jenny I said WHAT oh no she’s the one treat us very unprofessional! We got on the room and wanted to rest I laid on one of the beds and all the pillows were so hard like made of rugs I called and asked for soft pillows… guess what we never got them

Housekeeping will come and make the bed but will not actually clean the room. Ordered Salmon for room service and made me sick and digital key will not work very well with the elevator and room door.
