The best option for a breakfast is a burrito, you get coffee, salty and tasty burrito and 2 buttermilk. It wast just perfect

Busy in the mornings usually with a wait after 1030am. It was a standard IHOP chain experience. Plenty of staff and some speak English. The orange juice is $55pesos and it's from concentrate. A bit $ for a low quality juice mixed with water. Usually you can buy 1L of fresh juice for $40 pesos. Most breakfast combos are $150-$199 each. I didn't like that they offered bananas and strawberries on the pancake included in the combo and didn't tell us. Beware of extra charges

The food was average for the chain. No better or worse than in the states. The atmosphere is family friendly and has a playground that kept my 2 year old daughter occupied while we waited for our food. I ordered pancakes, chicken and waffles, and steak n eggs. We were all satisfied with the freshness, temperature, and portion size of the food.

I had a nice brunch here with my mom, sister, aunt and cousin while visiting Monterrey. The food was good, the servers were kind and always there to help, even if the restaurant was pretty full. The place was clean and the prices are reasonable. (I ordered the combo)

Looks nothing like the original.. omelette’s taste is ok, coffee is bad, pancakes were good. I’m a big fan of ihop, but this one is nothing like that, just the prices are an exact conversion USD to MXP, which makes this an expensive place with a bad product, plus, service was hard to get.

You get 5 stars because of the top rank staff and cleanliness. But food needs to improve. Sausages were too small and bacon very greasy, scrambled eggs weren't well done. Still a good choice for breakfast

This is the 3rd time in Ihop at this location. The first time, it was horrible they toss hot coffee at my dad and family. But we still like to go there because we have been to other Ihop's in the Monterrey and this one is the nicer one of all of them.

Cold pancakes, awful chilaquiles (they were bag tostitos with some sauce). Place needs air circulation, since the restaurant was crowded, the inside felt hot and uncomfortable. Waiter was nice and kind though.

Visited on an early Sunday morning. Pancakes and crepes were delicious, but service was not attentive. I recomend going quite early during the weekends as it is a popular family restaurant and you may wait for over 20+ min to get a table. I had NY cheesecake pancakes and they were awesome.

Nice, not too cheap but it's okay

We came just after the rush on Sunday. It was still quite busy however. Our waitress seemed new and untrained and not very attentive. I was supposed to get avocado with my eggs but didn’t find out they were out of it until they brought the food. My wife was supposed to get fruit with her meal but it never came. I had ordered toast but they didn’t have jelly and the waitress suggested I just put syrup on the toast. In the past the wait staff have been very good but it seems different now. Also we like to come here for the American experience but so many things were not right.

They start from 6AM. Service and food is good but price is slightly high.

I find it cold inside, but the food is really good. I got a little bit of everything from the breakfast menu and I love the hotcakes.

Nice change of pace from Mexican Cuisine. Very friendly and attentive wait staff. Kitchen Chefs need more training in American food preparation. Hash Browns were very greasy today, raw batter in the middle of the pancakes. Eggs, ham and toast were okay.

Fast, friendly service, very good on breskfast food. A little heavy on the butter, but in my experience that tends to be normal at any IHOP! Bit pricey for breakfast food but it has done very good specials most of the time! Parking is ok. At its peak hours you tend to wait for a while for a table. Nice and clean.

Nice place to go for some breakfast, I went with my boy and we both took the Breakfast sampler m, it comes with 2 panckages as well and I ordered some Toast as well and orange juice. 1st I’m there and I personally would recommend the sampler so that you can try a little bit of everything, and if you like it (and if you go again of course) you can order something in specific. Personally I prefer the iHop from the U.S.A, but not a bad option if you wanna try a typicsl American breakfast in San Pedro.

The service was good, but the fud was very disappointed. :/
