We ate on a weekday and was first in line. They let us in 15min earlier than the posted 11am opening. For 249 pesos the food was worth it, plenty of choices and they were delicious. The crispy pork kare kare that day was good, really crispy. I would not recommend if you don't like fried foods, they were a lot (fried chicken, lumpia, crispy shrimp). The siomai wasn't so good. Water is only drink available included with buffet, softdrinks were sold separately at 130 pesos each. Service was good and they were quick to refill the food. Air conditioning was able to accommodate at half full.

Low price buffet but satisfying.

Dined one weekend. Queue was long but it didn't take long to enter, maybe half an hour. Staff were all helpful and assertive. Entry was organised. Foods were topped up quickly. Food were more on the salty and sweet which most Filipinos like I guess. Fee is cheap. No much varieties but it's reasonable for its price. Was 229 pesos for regular fee. A little discount for seniors. And around 100 pesos for kids 4 to 5 yr old.

Cheap buffet- really the only one in San Rafael with elbow room and a huge parking lot. Clean setup, just wish they can find a way to rid themselves of the pesky flies. Though not as bad as other places, still. Be there ahead of everyone because affordability tends to attract people who lack etiquette. Also the chicharon bulaklak gets emptied quickly and it takes awhile for them to replenish just that one dish.. If you're a fan of having different dishes you'll be disappointed, but hey for less than $5 you can't really expect too much. All in all I like it, have gone multiple times by myself and also with family and friends.

The place is nice with good food to offer, but only water for the drinks. It would be nice if they offer, some dispenser with ice tea or orange juice to choose. I would also suggest to upgrade the chairs into double sided chair with foam leather cusion to have a great experience.

But i think if you did not like the taste or the smell of the food that you get (only small amount, only 4 small pcs of lumpiang shanghai ) they should not forced you to eat it or else they will let you pay for it. We are a group of 29 women who celebrated Mother's Day at Teodericos San Rafael, May 20, 2023. The girl in front of the door named "RINA" is very rude and impolite. She answers our questions harshly without any sign of respect. She let all of us including our 11Senior Citizen women and a PWD to wait outside bcoz her reason was we were not yet complete. She did not even allow us to choose our table when we came in but we insisted on where we would like to sit. She said that bcoz we did not make reservation we are not the priority. Poor restaurant owner...we are never coming back to eat there again!!! They also do not have supervisor or manager to talk to today, May 20, 2023.

Pretty spacious and offers decent variety of food. Lacks fruits as desserts. I didn't like the taste of some of the food. Lacks ambience like having relaxing cafe music or even a good music playlist. The place is totally dull except when they play happy birthday songs which are loud and obnoxious because there are like 3 or 4 happy birthday songs that they will play til it gets awkward even for the celebrant. The place looks neat, servers attend to empty plates quickly but not for empty pitchers. The food is quite cheap though, and there is no time limit for everyone so it all makes it kinda worth it. Might still go back and see if anything improves.

They also have variety of viands from fried chicken, lechong kawali, chopsuey and kare-kare etc. They also have pancit, mini siopao, desserts like pandan, fruit salad and macaroni salad. Sulit na for 199php per person. Senior citizen and PWD discounts are also applicable. Four years old and above is 100php per head. They serve lunch around 11am to 2pm and dinner from 5pm to 9pm.
