I have been going to Iron Horse Physical Therapy and Pilates for my hip and neck pain. With every session, I continue to feel so much better. I am much stronger, my posture is better, and I can walk more and dance again. Dr. Colin has been incredibly patient and thorough with me and continues to find new ways to enhance my physical strength. He has done a fantastic job. Victoria did an excellent job diagnosing me and discovering that some of my pain may have actually originated from my back. I feel like a new person I feel so relaxed now that I am healing. Dr . Colin and Victoria are outstanding physical therapists and I am so glad I went here for my PT diagnosis and care. Sincerely, David E.

As a teenager, I was a competitive gymnast. I had a career-ending knee injury that went unaddressed for years. At 30, I had my first of two failed reconstructive surgeries. Now in my 40’s, I had a terrible flare up that caused significant swelling, pain, and dysfunction. My MRI results had me worried that a knee replacement was my only option (as my last surgeon told me when my second surgery had failed). Though I had been through physical therapy multiple times since my original injury, I was underwhelmed by the treatment. It always seemed like it started out helpful, but the scope of treatment was too narrow to actually result in major gains. I wanted to find a physical therapist that would operate outside the box and address my whole body because frankly, at this point, my whole body was suffering. I was referred to Victoria and Colin by a good friend who is also a physical therapist. I truly cannot put into words how helpful it has been to work with both of them. I have better range of motion in my knee than I have had in decades. They helped me understand how much my body has been compensating for this injury and how all those other aches and pains I had written off were actually related. I have gained strength and function in both my knee and my core. I truly did not think I would ever regain this kind of function in my body again. I wish I had found this kind of help before ever going under the knife, but I’m so glad I was able to get the help now because I’m able to get my life back without having another surgery. I can run around after my kids without pain and I feel more confident exercising in general. I highly highly recommend Ironhorse PT!

I reached out to Victoria after getting injured after my first 100k/12h race in 2022. I was defeated at this point and struggling with an IT band injury and didn’t think I could do those distances anymore. I thought my body wasn’t made for it. Well it turns out I was wrong. Victoria helped me figuring out issues I was unaware I had (that made me had less optimal form over this long of a race) and helped me fine tuning my strength routine. I felt like she truly cared about my training and got how important it was for me as an endurance athlete herself. After my sessions with her, I had a very successful 3rd place at a local 50k trail race 3 weeks ago and just finished my A goal race: Miwok 100k. What is the most amazing is that I reached my goals with no injuries or pain. I felt strong, stable, more balanced. I feel confident that what Victoria taught me will stick around for a very long time as I am planning on being a healthy runner for as long as I can.

I've had a wonderful experience working with Victoria on a running injury I developed while training for my first marathon. I wanted to go to someone who specialized in running, since I knew from past experience that many professionals would advise to stop running for a while. I wanted to put the work in, and focus on strength exercises to be able to continue my training. Her approach of strengthening exercises and soft tissue work kept me on track throughout my training block and I was able to maintain my running plan without significant pain. She was clear in setting expectations while I'm still building mileage, and post race we were able to really focus on rehabbing. I'll definitely come back for any future injuries.

Victoria and Nicole have been so immensely helpful with my postpartum journey. After having two kids 14 months apart, I had a prolapse. Victoria helped rehab my prolapse with specific pelvic floor exercises and also helped advise me on when to seek care from my doctor. On top of the pelvic floor issues, I also came to her with a torn meniscus and lower back pain. She helped me rehab my knee to where I have very minimal pain without having to get surgery, while also working on exercises to help support my knee, back and hips. Nicole has also been amazing introducing me to Pilates. The Pilates has helped my knee and core strength and helped maintain all of the things I fixed working with Victoria. You can’t go wrong with this team! They are amazing!

I had a great, great experience with Kate! She was dedicated, curious, and a great guide to getting me fixed after cycling wrecked havoc on my knee (and uncovered a _bunch_ of underlying weirdness in my body that I didn't know anything about but am now fixing). I feel stronger, I feel equipped to address anything that goes awry, and I feel like I understand why my body is doing what it's doing, which is the most important of all. Highly recommended!

I found Ironhorse and Dr. Victoria after searching for help with my belly bulge also known as diastasis recti. I did 5 sessions here and learned a lot about diastasis recti, how to help repair it and rebuilding my overall core. Each session I worked on targeted exercises for my core and always left feeling great. Dr Victoria also provided videos of exercises that I could use at home to assist in my goals. Overall a great experience at Ironhorse and I recommend for any postpartum mother dealing with diastasis recti or just interested in building their core.

After running my first half marathon and pushing pretty hard, I started to experience some severe arch pain which left me out of pocket for a week. I heard about Ironhorse's services through Fleet Feet facebook group, and immediately contacted Victoria. She was gracious enough to squeeze me in for an appointment even though she was booked solid. During our appointment it became very clear that she is a seasoned professional when it comes to evaluating athletes, especially endurance athletes, and helping them get back to what they love to do most. I followed Victoria's suggestions and recovery plan and am back to running again thanks to her and her team. Thank you Victoria!
