The hotel is safe and the garden is lush but the rooms don't have refrigerator or microwave. Breakfast is included with our stay but we have to walk across the street to the main building to eat. We requested extra pillows (because we only had two) and they could not grant my request. I asked for an iron, I finally got it the next after my third time asking. But the real kicker is that I checked in on Tuesday afternoon, Thursday we requested the room get cleaned and upon arrival back to our room Thursday 10 pm the room was not cleaned!! No clean towels, nothing. Needless to say, we will not use this place again.

Not the best place I have ever stayed but had everything what you need... apart from warm and clean water in the pool... it was completely useless as you couldn’t swim in it at all. Quality of the breakfast could be improved as well!

The staff was very nice and helpful. If you're driving a car, be aware that it is stack parking unless you're lucky to get the car 2 car garage. Desayuno tipico y cage incluido en el packete. If you want anything else you pay extra. Location gets a bit heavy with traffic during the morning and evening rush hour. Located near historic center about 20 mins in traffic much less at night when traffic has died down. Free wifi

The place has a good location and decent rooms, however not great value given the price. The breakfast is very poor and if you want milk in your coffee you have to oay extra.

We had a bad experience we the food of the hotel, the prices too high for the quality, not worthy. We got a club sandwich that was very disappointed for a price of 6 dollars each one.

Stayed one night on a Friday. Quite noisy until 2am with party's down the road, though the hotel is off the main strip. Beds were comfy. Cockroach in the bathroom, suppose that can't be helped. Restaurant food wasn't great, maybe eat out instead. Good amenities such as pool, ping pong table, piano etc. I thought it was a little expensive for £80 but as I understand this is not surprising for El Salvador.

Summary: Affordable, Secure, Convenient, Clean Duration of stay: 2 weeks. Pros - - Hotel is affordable. While it's not the cheapest place available, the amenities and location are worth the extra price. - Hotel is very secure. There are only two entry points and they are locked at night. There was not a single night I spent worried that someone was going to break in to my hotel room. There's also limited parking available behind a secure gate. - Location factor is major for this hotel. I could walk to areas of interest, including a pupusa store and a mall. There was also a super select nearby if desired. - Rooms are very clean. Staff cleans daily and takes cleaning very seriously. This includes the pool. - The common areas are extremely beautiful. They have multiple small gardens, and the pool area is essentially one big garden. - The community is very active on Saturdays and when there is a major game on. - Staff is very accommodating and polite - Breakfast is very delicious [My recommendation is the Desayano Tipico, a staple of El Salvadorian Cuisine] - Room had hot water - Additional items, like beer and hot meals, are available for purchase [Breakfast is included in the stay, but they offer other meals outside of breakfast as well] Areas of Improvement - - Staff knew very little English. This is all of El Salvador with a few exceptions, learn a bit of Spanish if you plan to visit. - WiFi was unstable, but the fact that it was available is a plus. They run a mesh network, so if one access point doesn't work connect to a different one, they all have the same passwords. - The InDriver drivers were confused as to how to actually find the hotel entry [not the hotel's fault] Conclusion: This place felt like a home away from home for me. This location is central to most of San Salvador so it was easy for me to visit all of the major commerce locations by either walking or taking a very inexpensive ride via an app service. Uber works, but plan to pay in cash. This is a perfect hotel for your first foray into El Salvador.

Room was clean, but shower was a mess because my wife took a shower and it was clog, water took almost 30 minutes to go down, went to front desk and told me that they have no janitors, and best hat it can be done was for me to take out the drain cover, for the price that we paid, that good,
