Perfect for a stay close to the airport. A clean and modern room, free coffee and a big shopping mall nearby. A super good experience. If they would have a shuttle bus it would be even be more perfect as 35 euros the taxi driver charged us to get there was a bit much (we might have been overcharged though).

Absolutely superb. Fabulous large & comfortable bed. Need not have brought my own pillow as they are comfy. The room is lovely & spacious. It’s really clean & well equipped. Soft towels & nice shampoo/body wash. Great water pressure in the shower. Good hair dryer too. The staff are all friendly & helpful. The breakfast was delicioso. Our dogs were made welcome everywhere too. We will definitely be back.

We feel pleased with the quality and warm hospitality just need to fix the elevator bottons didn't work well.

The room was horrible, the window sealing was missing a part and the windows was letting cold air when we arrived - the room was freezing and the bathroom floor was very cold. The towels were stained and the bathroom was not clean (human hair was present in the tub and on the soap bottle). The naming of the hotel is confusing with the other hotel with almost the same name, making searching it on map or ride sharing applications difficult and cumbersome. The noise from the entire floor could be heared through the walls.

We traveled as a large group as we were there for a taekwondo tournament and although we asked several times the staff were unhelpful in finding us a place to congregate! There was a hockey team there for a couple of days and they were allowed to use spaces previously denied to ourselves! We felt unwelcome and had a receptionist who became hostile towards us on several occasions , which would never have been necessary if we had been allowed to use the congregation areas or breakfast room,! We were told the hotel was for business people and not really for us! So be aware that it's no good if you have children or you want fun of any kind before you book !!

The hotel is not designed with children in mind. In fact, the hotel would prefer you don't bring children at all. Large groups would be best choosing a different hotel. In fact, large groups are asked to disperse. The Hotel boasts a gym, with it's one cycling machine, although since the lifts take forever, the stairs are considered a compulsory workout. The hotel is not ideal for a family or a long stay. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbour pass wind and don't even think about sleeping in. Some genius decided to give each room a door bell; that's right, a doorbell. Get used to that noise, you will hear it a lot! Overall, it was not a great experience. In fact, I felt uncomfortable being there and could not relax. Some staff were okay while others were unbelievably rude and seemed to struggle during busy periods. Cleaners would enter rooms/ ring bells even if the do not disturb sign is in use. The hotel is not family friendly, they cannot accommodate large groups (despite what they say) and the lack of facilities make it just a place to sleep rather than an experience. Disappointing stay, will not recommend.

The rooms were large and clean but with very minimal facilities for the price we paid. I liked the pillows and mattresses and the thin duvet. Breakfast was good, served in a big hall next to the reception area.

Functional and decent quality, I had a large room and bathroom, which I appreciated. The complimentary coffee was descent in reception (Nothing in room) and there was a separate paid for Starbucks machine also. Good location for my trips needs and just off the freeway.

It is perfectly located for travellers going to or from Madrid airport. It is a short taxi ride to T4. Close to a shopping mail and a selection of restaurants..

Were here during one of colder times during winter, was really cold in the bathroom as it was last room in the corridor with a very big window. Everything was clean, breakfast was rudimentary, there's a big plaza/shopping center nearby and many restaurants. Also it's very well connected, right on the highway and close to running spaces if dunning is your fancy.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Rooms are nice. Beds comfortable. Breakfast is ok. The best is there fresh squeezed orange juice machine. Awesome 24/7 free coffee americano, espresso, hot chocolate, and other hot beverages. Great walking distance restaurants and a mall. Everything you need is in this area. I would go back to this hotel.

We stayed here on the way from Santander to Alicante region. Great location, staff very friendly, great rooms, great breakfast included, and dog friendly. We liked it so much we want back a few weeks later on the return journey.

Good value for money ! 10min from the airport and 2min walk from a big historical commercial center with a large choice of restaurants and shopping store. The beds are really good and comfortable ! Very clean Will come back

The staff here are amazing, in particular Elena and Tamara! They went to extreme lengths to solve a problem for me with a long term booking I had, and saved me money, was patient with my explanation and have all round made me very happy and extremely comfortable! In addition to the comfy hotel room and great access to amenities, the staff have made our stay here as close pretty much perfect!

Very nice rooms and very friendly staff.

It's not a bad place and is well connected if you need transport from and to the airport, but the rooms don't have courtesy toothbrushes or shaving razors... and they don't have at the reception either. I forgot mine and assumed they'd have available for guests, but no. So now I have bad breath and a hairy face.

Nice room, nice view and a very helpful staff. I stayed here for 2 days, but absolutely next time i’ll come in Madrid i will come again here :) Thanks a lot !

Awesome hotel with undeground car park, close to downtown of Madrid (20 minutes by car). Spacious room, good staff, everything clean. No problems. Only bad thing is you can hear everything about what's happening in the other room.

This is a great place - the staff are friendly, engaging, and go out of their way to be helpful. I stayed here a few times, and was never disappointed. The rooms are a fair size and were always clean and fresh, the selection at breakfast is very good, lots of TV channels (if that's of interest) and everything works. Very accommodating, reasonably priced, clean and friendly.. what more can you ask for? Oh yes.. very close to the airport and a few minutes (walk) from the local shopping centre/park too, easy access to local services and plenty of restaurants.

Check in service was excellent! Room was very basic. Walls between rooms very thin. People fighting and yelling next to us. Banging on our door during the night. Not a 4 star hotel.
