We stayed for 2 nights in this location because with HIE you know what you're getting- pretty consistent standards. The room was great and wifi pretty fast. We used the secure underground parking option - it's pretty tight getting in and out but manageable even with a large car - consider it a challenge! Used the metro from outside the hospital to the city centre and Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Only a 5 minute walk to the station. Only a 20 minute walk to an outlet shopping mall or a short walk to the Mega Mall too. We had breakfast twice - very good here. We engaged with the front desk on a couple of occasions and Zully was fantastic, she helped us with an issue and was very professional and friendly.

Good for overnight stay. If I was snagging the room we were in, sloppy paintwork. Dubious marks on wall around toilet roll holder,more attention to cleaning hygiene around toilet .doors could do with good clean and remote control was a bit nasty.

Nice and tidy room, especially bathroom. The car park is very narrow for big cars.

The hotel is clean, quiet and they serve breakfast. Warm reception from Christina, the receptionist. We were there for 3 nights

The staff made our stay here exceptional. We do not speak Spanish nor have we been to Spain before so we had hurdles needless to say. Marisa at the front desk was an immense help on several occasions. She bridged the language barrier well and clearly explained away all of our questions which were plenty. Our phones had no service and were not able to help us with translation, she was pivotal to making our stay comfortable and stress less. Thank you Marisa for your professionalism and your kindness. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

We booked this hotel last-minute with our band for a layover in Madrid. Everything was perfect. David and Roberto were very helpful and did everything to make our short stay comfortable. They even arranged breakfast for us an hour earlier. Perfecto!

Super easy and convenient check in process, very close from the Barajas airport, good prices and very friendly staff.

Small rooms, no fridge, you can not park inside before you have checked in (no sense), regular breakfast. Update: Hotel offers apologies and reimburse points, happy for that :-)

I have the room for Business trip and on board they have mentioned double bed but didn't get double bed and it also mentioned the bathroom has bathtub but even that wasn't present. Also on checkin day they delayed the checkin time which forced me to go out and come back after 18:00.

Rooms are nice for short stays. Noisy, you can hear people talking next door. Staff are nice. Laura was fantastic at check in.

Went here for a work trip and found it to be pretty ok. The personal is very nice and the cleaning service of the rooms leaves nothing to be desired. The only negative thing is, that the hotel is not the youngest anymore wich you can see reflected in the rooms and the building. All in all 4 stars from me.
