It's a must visit place in Madrid for all those who are moving in new house 🏠 or apartment. I would say the best store for all your household stuff including furniture, furnishings, utensils, electrical fitting, plumbing, etc. The San Sebastian de los Reyes, Madrid Store of IKEA is one of the biggest and oldest yet most modern Store ok IKEA in Spain. IKEA means Quality at best price.

The 1 star review is all because of the cashier attendant incapability to count to 25. THREE times she rescanned my products because she thought I was stealing.

The store is usually short of stock. The click-and-collect area is terrible, slow, and messy. They mixed and missed the products most of the time. My recommendation is to validate all the packages prior to leaving.

Forget customer service, assume this is actually one of the pictures they sell. Been waiting half an hour with basically no staff to handle returns, questions etc. I'm 5 from being at the front of queue and calculate waiting at least another 45 mins.

I like everything about ikea. The sheer existance of it amazes me. Great prices for well designed and packed furniture that you get to assemble yourself. They even sell food. If you can't come, you can buy it online and have it delivered. If you don't want to spend the day but don't want to pay for delivery, they offer click and collect where you have a special parking area to stop and pick up your order.

A one stop mart for all your shopping needs. Any item you need this is the place to be. It’s quite big so walking is a must. Prepare yourself! It’s quite pocket friendly too! Located about 20 minutes out of Madrid. Thank me later!

Great place but delivery is little shaken ..they promised us on 4th April but it got delivered 4 days later.staff is courteous and helping. Products are great and as always food is delicious.

Big, clean, variety, good price. Problem is it's a maze. Knowing where to start our exit is difficult. They should have better ways to allow people to exit quickly rather than have to do the entire thing

Another massive and smartly organised store by IKEA which is almost impossible to walk through in less than an hour due to the superb products and decoration ideas shown all over the store. It also counts on a large restaurant -with tasty swedish and spanish dishes- and a play room for leaving the kids during the visit and a parking lot with convenient acces to the store as well. It's staff is kind and professional and generally speaking, this store gives you a very good user experience

We furnished our apartment full of Ikea furnitures and mostly visited this particular Ikea store. We like it here and also come here on Sundays just to look around and of course to eat. If there is one thing that I do not like, it's access to the parking lot. It's cramped and cars are driving to fast.

The worst ikea I have visited in my life, slow stuff, no one can help you, and dont ever think to go to the restaurant, worst system, super slow, 1 hour line to eat bad food .

You never enter IKEA without buying a nice things and mainly useful daily.

1 star is too much! Worst Ikea experience ever! They make you use the app to scan products and save time, and at the checkout they check every single item on the receipt and in the basket. Horrible and humiliating! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Excellent... definitely IKEA don't need any review for its materials and options Some point specific to this store 1. Plenty of options for kids , lots of games and kids zones 2. Ample parking space 3. Cafe / restaurant is really good 4. Service and politeness of staff members 5. Free coffee for IKEA members/ card holder A quicker checkout is something where they need to work a little Rest every thing is superb

Awesome store! You can find anything here but the parking is too small and too crowded as there are other shops like Media Market exactly in that area.

Stop and eat, and refurbish your place... Today I was in a lucky strike, everyone in the staff team was specially nicez the only boomer was the lack of sheets...

Like most things in Spain it really depends on who you get. There are some people who say it's fine to have chips instead of "patas pure" and there are others who flat out refuse. This time they didn't even give us peas which usually comes with the meal. I put three stars for the workers who have good customer service but others need to take a course.

I 've tried to buy 909.965.83, collected 5/6, only 1 thing 603.309.84 is 'No disponible'. Ok, thought i'd buy from another store. But its articul number not on the site, telephone numbers are fkn useless, noone can pick up the phone. What the problem? P.s.money returned, everything is ok

Although the IKEA website says menu del dia, this particular IKEA doesn't serve it. However they have in the restaurant screens platos del dia giving the wrong impression to the customers. If IKEA is listening check it.
