I purchased a Fitbit versa 3 on the 26th July from San Sebastián de los reyes. This product was in a protected plastic security box and looked correct no damage etc. This watch was a gift for my wife and I presented it the next day to my horror the box was missing the watch and strap!. I proceed to go to the store to return the item and get an actual watch and was told by the helpful although slow assistant that this is obviously a mistake and will get fixed straight away. 15-20 minutes later i am told that the stock count is correct. I mean what has that got to do with me but anyway i politely ask for the supervisor who flys in repeats the same lame excuse about a stock count and leaves. No refund and no replacement! Only avenue was to complete an official complaint form. Guys beware check all items before leaving the store. Terrible customer service. Update - if you have any issues speak to Julia, originally the company was slow to react but this super star quickly turned it around and replaced the device and was very attentive. We did have to make two trips but eventually happy with the result. Always check the box before leaving the store !!

Buying a low end laser printer today and store has no toner stock: should get a new logistics manager. No stock = lost sales and poor service responsiveness all giving a not so professional image IMHO

I like this store. It's the closest thing to Best Buy in Spain. Yes, maybe the store is understaffed and you spend too much time trying to get a hold of someone that can answer your questions. However, they're the best electronics and IT store there is.

Bad service upstairs at electro domestico. You have to wait in the que to just get service assistance. While you find One service staff just standing around telling you without general customer service etquettes to get in line really bad customer service. Mind you this is during peak hour /day. Sunday at 5.30 pm. No waiting area. No place to sit for older people who are kept standing for a good twenty minutes.

All in just one place ! So far so good. Samsung attendant on the first floor (upstairs). selling washing machines (her name is Magaly or Magalis) her attention was so amazing that I was only visiting the store and I just ended up buying things that I realized I needed. She was only on the Samsung stand selling Samsung and she knew all I needed. I just want to purchase now all Samsung brand things because of her explanation. Thanks Magalis and Mediamarket for this.

Came here today (4/2/23) to buy a dryer, found a sale on one that we liked but they only had the exposition model in stock. The attendant, Sonia R. R. (full name redacted for privacy) told us that because it was the exposition model we had to buy it at full price, and only if we bought the 5-year guarantee as it was a requirement directly from Samsung; we refused, so she told us we couldn't buy it. We asked an employee from another department for help; he called the manager and they said of course we could buy the exposition model at the sale price and without a guarantee. After another 20 minutes of resistance, we were able to purchase the dryer. While waiting downstairs, a customer who had witnessed the interaction informed us that Sonia and another colleague had chosen to wrap up a different dryer for us (valued over €200 less); we went back upstairs and had to explain to the security guards and manager that they were loading the wrong model. Downstairs, we eventually received the correct dryer but meanwhile it had been vandalised (pictured). A huge thank you to the employee who helped us; however, due to the overall experience we won't ever be coming back to MediaMarkt.

Huge store, plenty of options but bit costlier Store is really good, no doubt about it, friendly n polite staff members, spacious But I feel most of options are at higher cost side, they don't keep less expensive options probably (I may be wrong, but this was the first impression) Overall good place

Still one of the best places to find any electronic gadget you desire and still find some good offers, but of course always compare with amazon, worten etc.

Wide variety of products. Parking no problem. Staff have a general knowledge of the products but are not experts. Insufficient number of staff to attend to the shoppers.

Loved it ...great products at good price....the agent assisting was also very good. Wonderful delivery. Cheapest prices for electronics.
