I absolutely adore this store, they have lots of things, electronics, books, stationary... Although I have to admit things are quite pricey in this store, but sometimes you can get great discounts, but I am quite sad that there is only one size in the posters they sell, if they could also have them in one size smaller that would be awesome, but all in all it's an amazing store and if you ever need to buy anything electronic wise like a laptop I recommend checking this place out because there can be some great discounts sometimes.

FNAC is a pretty good store. Not a massive selection, but definitely reasonable. Prices though are often cheaper on their online store, so worth checking.

Deplorable service. Be aware of store manager Gema. Went in to buy a €400 camera. Was advised that if I became a member would get 5% off became a member and thy did not grant the discount. When explained that their store rep had advised me of that discount Gema called it “my story”. After an hour in the store decided to desist and go somewhere else. What a sad way of loosing a €400 sale and most importantly my time. Will never be back to Fnac.

No real good offers at all.

The Security guard was aggressive to me and my little daughter, all because she was so excited to see teddy bears and figures. The shop is not children friendly and overpriced. The staff in general is very rude. Definitely not going back. I will buy my books, cds and collection items in Amazon.
