Visiting family here from California. I went here with my grandma (i got a french pedicure, my grandma got a regular polish pedicure) .. the $35 dollar option. I also got a regular manicure for $10. The people are every nice and conversational and also want to serve you best. I asked for my manicure last minute and the lady did a good job, she spent about 3 minutes doing it. As I was leaving, my guy put my socks on for me.. i put on my shoes and messed up my manicure doing so. But i ran out anyways and ran to the gas station to get some cash for the tip. As i came back, i told them about my finger and this other guy (Henry i think) fixed it for me up quickly, but leaving a polish on 3 of my fingers and my hand. I told him to split the $20 and give each of our people $10. He said “ur not gonna tip the girl who did ur nails?” making it kinda awkward & uncomfortable , i hate that. i said “no, not this time” and seemed like he caught an attitude. i eventually told him do whatever, give her $3 and split the rest between the other two. also i’m still left with 3-4 fingers that are messed up. it was around 7:06 on a Wednesday night (they close at 7) so they were cleaning and everything. overall, was a nice and pleasant time, you can definitely tell the difference between the people who want to give you overall nice service cuz it’s their job and the ones who just do it for the tips..

I have come here for a while but the service has gone downhill. After today I will not come to the salon anymore. It is not worth it. I got cut several times during the dip manicure. I wanted square nails with rounded corners and I've got a lot of weird round shaped nails. The sides of the nails don't even have color on them. They weren't sanded at the end. They make you soak your entire hand and acetone and then spend the rest of the manicure telling me how I have such dry skin. Well duh because you make me soak my hand in pure acetone. And I really don't like that they try to get the clients to assist them in tax evasion. They refuse to take tips by card and they will only take it by cash. I really doubt that they are telling the IRS of all the money they're actually bringing in. On top of that the service is never great so they don't deserve a tip to begin with

I've been going to CT Nails for 6 years and have had nothing but great service. Anytime my nails have chipped because of my work, Henry always makes sure he makes the dip stronger to sustain what I put my hands through. Henry and Kristy are the sweetest and most accommodating. Even when my father passed, they did something special for me just to share their condolences when a simple I'm sorry for your loss would have been sufficient. I love going to CT Nails and would drive to their salon even if we move.

I refuse to go to any other nail salon. I've been coming to CT Nails for the past few years and have zero complaints. Everyone here is always so nice and professional and it's always very clean inside. I always request Kristy to do my nails and she does such a phenomenal job. They do take walk ins but I suggest making an appointment because they're always busy, but it's definitely worth it.

I love the shape of my nails, but the polish started to peel only 2 days after getting them done (gel polish). I called back to advise and they couldn't get me in. Not even to fix 1 nail. So I ended up spending $30 at another shop to get a color change.

Went to CT Nails for the first time today, and so glad I did. Jenny was fantastic. She patiently and gently removed a full set of acrylic ails that I had done somewhere else about 10 days ago that we not good. Good price for a full set with French tips. Overall, probably the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Note: the business prefers cash payments (which I didn’t know and is totally understandable with credit card fees so high for small businesses.) Well definitely be switching to CT Nails for good :)

Absolutely LOVE this nail salon! Kristy & Henry are amazing at what they do. I grew up in a salon for 20 years so I can be very particular about quality of work. I'm telling you they are top notch! So friendly, personable and make it a point to remember your name.

They are a very friendly and very professional nail salon. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. They keep their appointments with you. If they are running late, you will get a text letting you know. Their prices are affordable. Jenny is really good. I highly recommend this nail salon.

i went here for the first time and got my toes and nails done. the lady who did my nails rushed them and they did not come out how i would like them. there was chuncks under my gel polish when they were done and polish all over my skin. the older man who did my toes did a good job but made me uncomfortable after he was making comments about my appearance saying how i was beautiful and cute and bonita. and before he left made another comment calling me beautiful lady and i didn’t bother looking his way. you can definitely find a better salon for a better experience and price.

Beautiful Indoor/Outdoor place. We had great service, veggies tacos were delish! (A third one would've been better than 2 😋) the corn entrée was gone in a blink! The rest of the food was tasty as well! Pricing has gone up a bit, since last time we were there, perhaps the reason why the crowd was much older than usual. Hope they stay in business for a long time, because the place is huge! and times seem rough 😔 Quality and good service is key.

Got dips for the first time, very skeptical but, I love the results. Lots of house work and hand washing day I got them and they still look great!! He shaped my natural nail also.

The nail tech was rough, was annoyed that I wanted a full set of nails, which I made a reservation for to start with. So the technician they gave me he was rough and I told him the shape I wanted, and he said don’t worry about it and then he filed and I have cuts on two of my fingers which I haven’t had that happen in years. This was my first time there. I am not sure if I’ll go back, maybe only if I can make sure I have one of the female technicians

Best nail salon in Arizona!! I looked forever for a good nail salon and I am so happy I found CT’s. The owners are so friendly and they always honor your appointment. I’m never stuck there waiting long after my scheduled appointment time, they do amazing work! Henry just did my Halloween nails. Can’t say enough good things about this place!!

Well today was my only day off so I rushed to the salon praying they could squeeze me in. I was very happy with the team there. They all pitched in and helped me and I was able to have my pedi and get my Halloween nails done thank you so much !!

Henry was amazing, my nails came out better than I could have imagined and I'm obsessed!

Ive been a customer of CT nails for years. All staff are courteous and professional Kristy and Henry run an excellent business. Ive always been made to feel comfortable and I leave with ny nails looking perfect! Highly recommended!
