This was my first visit here and let me say they were great, offering things I've never gotten from a dental office. For one I was actually seen ahead of my exact appointment time, but here's what I really liked: 🔵 Electronic check-in 🔵 Patient portal 🔵 Communicative about everything they were doing from what the tools were to how to let them know how I'm feeling 🔵 Took actual photos, not just x-rays 🔵 Provided shaded Eyewear during cleaning One suggestion would be to allow appointment rescheduling on the portal. I tried and it showed no appointments available. All in all, this is a well thought out practice and I hope more dental offices can strive to be like this.

Dr. R was fantastic. Great bed side manner, explained everything, answered my questions, heard my concerns and made me feel comfortable with the choice I made/what was best for my situation. Jessie in the front office was also amazing and wanted to make sure I was taken care of from the time I walked in to the time I exited. Best dental experience I have had. Thank you!

I love the new look/remodel since I was last there over the summer. Very welcoming and warm environment! Also, my care was excellent! I’m always impressed leaving this office after each visit. I used to dread going to the dentist before coming here, as a time consuming and unpleasant “must do.” With the efficiency and fluidity of care amongst team members, I no longer have concerns for use of my time and have nothing but positive things to say about each team member interaction! I Would recommend this office to others!

I have been coming here for a few years and my experience has always been very good. This week was not so good. I had a 2:00 appointment but wasn’t seen until 2:50 for the hygienist. I was seated in an exam room 20 minutes after my appointment time, but waited for too long for my cleaning without any explanations or apology. That would have been very nice to let me know how far behind they were. I then again had to wait to check out for 10 more minutes before I just left- I had no bill so I’m not even sure why they had me wait 🤔 In total I was in the office for 1 hr 40 mins for a cleaning. I must say that the staff is nice 💕

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! So good that I am having Dental Treatment again after years of delaying it. Doctor Max and his Assistant Hygienist, Desiree, were absolutely the BEST EVER!, their professionalism, charisma, and true care for their patients is not easily found. I felt very comfortable, not rushed, heard and understood, crucial facts for good communication. Also, Brooke, in Financial Affairs, was excellent, clear, prompt, and knowledgeable. Great team at Skyline Dental Group!! THANK YOU!

I had a tooth crowned this morning at Skyline dental. It took only two hours from start to finish. I don’t have to go back to have a temporary removed and permanent one placed. It was all done in one visit! Amazing! Dr. Max and his assistant are so experienced with this procedure, it was awesome watching them work. They are very professional, personable, caring and friendly.

Just got home from the dentist. Best cleaning I've had in the 7 years of coming to this dental office. They've all good, but Ariel was the best!
