Lost (and possibly even stolen) some of my packages multiple times, also sometimes when delivering stuff they don't even bother to ring the doorbell so they just throw it over the fence or they take it back to the post office and don't leave a note on the door. Very poor and lazy service.

Terrible service by this branch.They kept my cargo 40 days in the branch. Although they never came to deliver they sent SMS that they couldn't find me in the address (They didn't know there is 7/24 security in the address 😎). Called the hotline to explain them the situation they asked me to go and collect it from branch myself. I went there, there was a big mass inside boxes everywhere no proper storage.Wait there around 40 minutes and then they said your cargo is with the courier now 🙄🙄🙄 (seems like they decided to deliver after 40 days).Then when I reach my address cargo was delivered.. So they cost cost me 40 days and 40 minutes. I hope they improve one day 🤲

Terrible service. They use to send mails and text to notify you that you have shipments, and also deliver some them. But now they dont even bother to do any of those. the staff stopped caring. It looks like no one is managing/checking on them anymore. You should expect to receive your shipments 30-50 days with their service.

Will not help you(expats) and will assist others (arabic) even you came before them. Bad experience. The old staff was way better.

This is like a COVID-19 hub with no adherence to the Precautions set forth. Very crowded, people are not reminded to maintain social distancing while waiting. The token system doesn't work. It's pure chaos inside. The staff seems to be struggling to keep up with the rush. Unless it's important it is advisable not to visit during this pandemic times.

They lost my package and were not helpful at all. They kept saying they delivered it but have not provided proof of delivery.

I've recently ordered something from abroad ..sanad post man came to my flat...but I wasn't at home...then they called me twice to pick up my parcel from post office... I went there almost after 1 week...but they served me nicely and quickly...I'm really happy by their service...the staff was really cooperative...good thing is that its open on Saturday even...so convenient for you to go...I give them 5 stars 🌟

Hi post office sanad what's happening our email we send on August 1 now Sept 8 still not deliver u told us only 3 days we call nobody answer.

really very bad service ever i seen . my order came, they not deliver to address, they not inform me nothing but they send me a notice after 15 dasys they are going to return items. when i call for it atleast 10 times no body answering the phone. pathetic. a respected and awesome country like bahrain, a post office never should do like this.

I used to have a horrible experience with this post office, but i believe a new manager took charge and has offered a world class customer service, following up, calling to update on status of packages, and just an immense help. THANK YOU!

They lost my package and it never arrived to its destination

I bought an item online which is supposed to be delivered, they never NEVER IN ANY MADE ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIVER, No call from delivery driver or any prove that they came and I was not responding or not available. But they sent a message that *Delivery Attempt failed* it's a very BIG LIES .... No attempt was made.. they only sent that message to the seller to prevent them from delivering so the customer will have to go and pick by himself after paying for it delivery... It's really Bad...

They never answer phone calls.

This branch used to be horrible but has become more reliable over time. But generally only registered packages are delivered reliably. Unregistered mail is often delayed unnecessarily.

Bad service, no one answers the phone and the package has not been delivered for over two month until it was returned recently without a notice. 👎

Good service and the staff is very cooperative
