Good facilities and very helpful staff ! I went on a tour of the Gym recently as I was looking for a gym in Changodar. Staff showed me around and he was very encouraging, informative and friendly. The gym was very clean with good equipment and I will definitely be joining.

Good Gym and professional trainer

For the first time there is no gym in this area. There is only one gym( The CrossFit Zone) in this area. This is a great gym for fitness freaks. And the trainer is here is a very famous trainer and the bigger thing he is the certified nutritionist. Good job keep it uppp
