Few Highlights about the Hotel, Food was so delicious, till the last meal provided the meal as the 1st one. Service provide by the Staff from the start to end was so amazing. I just thanks to the All staff of the Pearl Hotel and banquets. We celebrated our function here and the service provide by the Staff was so good and made our function so special. Thank you so much.

I stayed for 5 days in this hotel. All the Staff's are very good & handles all the work.This hotel also have pickup & dropout service as well as any request like wakeup call, 24 hrs kitchen for tea & some snacks because we had checked out of the room at 4am at that time they gave us coffee & bread omelet. Which made our journey much more easier. I hope all this service should done in rest of the hotels also.

Good restaurant in Changodar Area. They have good variety of Punjabi, Chinese, Continental food. Service is alao good. Nice ambience.

Pearl of Heaven hotel food quality is good.Hotel service staff behaviour is good with customer ,but hotel management behaviour is not good with customer.Hotel auto service also not good.

I have visited Pearl hotel multiple times and food here is amazing according the place and locality. All starters are nice, good warm and fresh food served. Good service.

The most pathetic place to ever exist in Ahmedabad is this hotel. The staff is rude, uncooperative and lacks any basic sense. The receptionists behavior was hooligan like, lacks basic humanity and is rude to even children. The washrooms are dirty with urine and stool lying unflushed. Nobody is bothered about cleaning the place and when the guests request cleaning, they are met with further rudeness. The decor is thoroughly below average and the food is made in unhygienic surroundings. If you want to fall sick and stay in an unhygienic with a staff ready to pound at your throat then by all means, waste your money by staying here.

Dear owner , I will like to share my experiences with you because it’s very important . I booked the Pearl hotel with double occupancy for 3 months, Unfortunately your reception guy behaviour is very very pathetic even he doesn’t know how to talk with customers that reason I checkout the hotel same days with in 5 hour. Even non of hotel staff appolised for that. Ultimately you losses your business. Please take care of such staff.

Its very bad experiences with perl hotel. Hygiene is very poor in such pandemics situation. Even though daily housekeeping also not observed during 3days stay. I am shocked when AC stop to work at midnight. I didn't recommend to anyone this hotel. Need to improve the hygienic condition & other services.

Nice Hotel cum Restaurant. I food is ok bit only so I'll suggest tandoor items or oriental gravy items. Room is nice just big enough.

Very bad experience ever..staffs behavior is good but response is very slow Have no option to go any other place bcs reason for Staying here is husbands official work and new to this state and have 2 little kids with. Staffs are very slow while ordering food or other services. Cleaning and hygiene also not good.food quality is ok.

Pathetic service here. I ordered food at 7PM and I got a call at 8PM that they are cancelling the order as they won't be able to deliver it in time. And the staff talks as if they own the place. Please improve or else the time is near when no one would visit or order from your restaurant. Would like to give negative stars if possible.

They even don't deserve to get 1 star . So when you check in to the room it will stink like washroom . Hygiene of room zero . Cleanliness of the room zero . Really not good hotel in this area .

Yesterday we had small get-together with our working place team . The food was provided sufficient unlimited with few items. Taste and staffs are good . Gently handled. All foods (Dinner) very tasty. Since we are all high we taken at hall. Nice and enjoyable we enjoyed... thanks Pearl management and staffs
