I went in when it was a soft open for Togo but this was today, the grand opening. There were a couple of hiccups but none that were to terrible especially since it was their first official day open. Well really the only hiccup was that we placed our order and waited and saw people who came in after us and were still placing their order get their chips and salsa first. I did mention it politely and the situation was immediately rectified. I got the margarita grilled chicken with street roasted corn, a house salad, and a cup of baked potato soup. My son got the kids cheesy chicken pasta with fries. The margarita chicken was moist and flavorful but that corn was AMAZING. The baked potato soup was wonderful as well as the salad. So very happy to finally have a chili's closer than Tulsa hills.

Nat was awesome with personality and customer service. Bailey and Haliegh were great host, cant wait to visit again. The food quality is spectacular!

Food and service were good and the lunch menu was reasonably priced. However, when we got home we realized our clothes had picked up the strong smell of fried food. That may be expected from an old greasy burger place, but not a new restaurant. We will go back, eventually, but hope the kitchen ventilation is improved.

Didn't even notice this store being built. It feels like it popped up over night. Our server was amazing and the host/bus staff was very attentive and helped the servers if they were busy. Staff worked well together and the atmosphere was great! Not to mention how INCREDIBLE the ranch 🍔 burger, chicken bacon and ranch quesadilla and mushroom Swiss burger was!

we got sat and drinks came out immediately.the food was awesome! the people and environment are top tier.

First time trying out the new Chili's in Sand Springs. The atmosphere is nice here, but the experience was far from great. I ordered a medium rare steak and got a well-done steak, with no sear on it. Like maybe it was cooked in water. Had to ask for A1 sauce since the steak had no flavor, the mashed loaded potatoes came with a complimentary hair, I noticed it on my third bite, I know, it happens so its not a big deal, didn't have much drive to finish remaining potatoes though. Wife ordered chicken casadilla, they brought a steak and ranch casadilla instead. I understand it's the first of the year and everybody is recovering from new years, but this place needs to rethink their approach to serving customers a lackluster experience for nearly 25 dollars a plate. We will try Chilli's again someday, if the experience improves, my review will be updated.

It's new, so it's going to have a few issues until staff gets trained. Service was good but seemed a little under staffed. We got the smokehouse combo and it was ok, but the ribs were hard as a rock. We will be back and update my review once it is here for a while.

Our waiter, Matt, was very friendly and respectful. He kept up on making sure we were good and refills. Very good with talking to our kids about their food. The place is very clean and all the staff is friendly.
