The Yoga Village is a great initiative! The place radiates positive and constructive energy. The garden design invites you to unwind. The courses offered appeal to many interested parties. Also people who are a little older or have limited mobility (e.g. getting up from the floor). Yoga Village offers “yoga on the chair”. It's a great way to continue to be passionate about yoga. Claudia Schulz is trained in this. She leads said group with heart and soul. The exercises are gentle and adapted. Meditation and breathing exercises are included. The Yoga Village is one of the most beautiful places in the region! Wonderful atmosphere and really lovely people ♥ I always leave the Yoga Village feeling relaxed and with a smile on my face. This year I was also able to complete the Yin Yoga teacher training there and was able to learn so much and feel ready to teach. Therefore, I can only wholeheartedly recommend both the courses and the training at the Yoga Village. Just see for yourself ♥
