The worst customer service. My parents Purchased garage remote for $120, today at about 12pm and asked to return it at 4pm as it not the right product. Not opened or used. When we tried to retun this we were told ‘we can not exchange this for you, because you simply changed your mind’. Apparently they know this because of their interactions with my mother. How? My parents do not speak English, and they did not change their mind, but purchased wrong remote. This is meant to be a local small business, supported by local community? Shame on you…

I had a door key cut, but I could not open the door with it. When I back to fixed however still not working. Very bad experience. And also, not honest. I asked for two keys cut and the guy said 8.95. When I picked up keys then said 8.95 each.

The owner/manager who helped me set up my car keys is honestly a king. He is incredibly polite and talented at what he does. Respect to you guys ✊🏻

Horrible service, they damaged my friends watch & then tried to send it off to a repair shop for a "quote" They Tried charging him when he asked if he could have it taken out instead.

I Had my battery changed for my watch & the guy broke my dial & then tried offering to send it off to a watch shop for a quote on the repair, I asked if he could just take it out and he tried charging me for his **** up 🗿 10/10 you had one job bro

Today I purchased a new remote for my car in sunnybank hills shop. The customer care over there was great! Bryce was brilliant and done well with his job. Very helpful and thoughtful for me too. He always smiles to customers and very patient as well. I will go back there again if I need it to. This guy deserves a pay rise for sure! Overall, I have been looked after well and satisfied with the Service!

Horrible service today! Wanted a garage remote and got asked so many questions wanting to see the garage box and more information. Talked down to like I was a idiot by some young boy. No nice, will never be back here again. Such a shame every other time the service has been great. Highly not recommend

You don't deserve even one start, worst customer service, " don't take your valuables like watches" they can't even do a proper battery change without damaged or wrecking it; and they end up telling you there's nothing they can do, after their big stuffed up !!? Who does that ?? only incompetent people. like the guy with a moon boot which probably is Liam whos saying he runs the business, he does not take accountability for their mistakes, so deceiving people. Get your Act together. Don't bother used their service I would not recomend it to anyone or my customers. Ps to the owner don't bother replying saying there's two sides of the story, this is the true.

One of the staff might look intimidating, but turned out he was very helpful and saved my day.

Sent my knife for engraving and it came back with oversized letters. This was despite the fact that I had told them the exact size that I wanted by writing down the letters on a piece of paper. They offered to rectify the problem but this is not an option for me because the process will affect the original metal finish. It's an expensive knife. Am disappointed.

Dishonest, rude and intimidating. Not recommended for product or service.
