My favourite takeaway! My gym recommended GEC as their food is so healthy! You get a friendly welcome from Maria, Damian and their staff and the food is always amazing! Have had great breakfasts and dinners, and looking forward to a lunch from them soon too! Keep up the good work M&D x

Thank you so so much I have been eating junk food for weeks now as I am working away and there are no real food places to go and after seeing you and grabbing your menu I have just eaten and I mean demolished your meal and every mouthful was perfect the chicken was great and the sirloin was amazing thanks for a great meal highly recommend

Our First Time tonight. This food is a revelation. It just does not taste like takeout. It made me realise how "normal" take away food hides the flavour of the food under sauce and spice. This is naked and natural absolutely amazing food. We wish you well in this venture and we will be back. (Often!) 15-Feb-2020 Fancied a takeout and this was going to be the one. Thought about it all day ... found out the hard way that they are closed Saturday and Sunday 🤔

Great food amazing staff would highly recommend. Picture is the cajun chicken burger wedges and coleslaw. I opened for no bun. Delicious as always.

Extremely tasty, freshly cooked quality healthy food. The team working there are so friendly and obviously care about what they are doing and their customers, would give more than 5 stars if possible. So nice to be using a local business instead of a chain as well!

Amazing!!! Great and flavoursome food as always. The special firecracker chicken was (why didn’t I order a double portion?!?) so good! Please do it again in the not too distant future.

Nipped in here on the way home. My other half had eaten at work and is still out, and having been sat on the m25 for 2 hours I didn’t really want to cook. First visit here after my sister recommended, it was delicious! Good size portions, a takeaway without the grease and unhealthy food like other options! Will definitely be back 👍

Staff were friendly and food was freshly cooked to order. Was a little disappointed that the sauce didn't have more flavour but that might have been a bad combo selection on my part. My kids had the meatballs and thoroughly enjoyed them but struggled with the sauces having chilli in them (we got 3 to try) . Might be good to have a tomato based sauce for younger kids that doesnt have any heat to it. Will try again as was healthy and anything that's healthy that my boys enjoy eating as a 'convenience food' is great. Shame it not open weekends though.

Lovely wholesome food from fresh ingredients! Good prices, friendly staff and well set out menu make for fat choices and healthy eating! All gluten free, and tasty too!
