I went it for supper last night. The food was actually prepared within decent time however the service was slow. I ordered a water and it was dropped off at the table when I was almost done with the meal. I ordered a pulled chicken burger. The chicken was mediocre. There was plenty of sauce which was nice. There were 3 options available and I settled on the hot option. The presentation could have been better but thid is just personal preference. I bought chips separately as it was with the burgers. The chips were fresh and delicious. Overall good value for money. Atmosphere wise, there was not really one to note. There were a few uber drivers waiting for meals but no customers apart from that and no music in the background. The restaurant seating was comfortable but it was unacceptable to see a cockroach running on the wall. I would definitely not be returning after seeing this.

Found great and warm service here. The half chicken was tasty, thick and impossible to finish in one go. Definitely the right place for a quick bite, but some of the chips were under cooked.

The staff members are welcoming, friendly and professional. Their dishes and food is amazing. Recommend this joint to anyone. 5 star rating

The food is amazing, it was so good that I can't help but keep going back for more! Webster is always friendly and welcoming and the service from all the staff is something you don't come across often. Wil definitly be back for more of that chicken

I visited Galistos Sunninghill yesterday, after i was impressed by a branch in Bayers Naude for the 1st time and my goodness!!! We ordered just the takeaway full chicken, which is ridiculously priced for the disgusting taste we received. I'm so annoyed at the TOUGH meat we got, and the waiter said it will take 20 mins, we waited 30mins. I'm very disgusted by what I saw yesterday. The chicken couldn't be be broken off the bone, it was like tug of war in my mouth. The place is dominantly male run. Front house dirty, kitchen appauling!! I hate wasting on people who claim they serve great food, but actually do opposite. The place should either close down or relook their whole store and kitchen staff!! Bad, bad Service Galistos Sunninghill!!!

Sorry to say this but the food I received at this branch was absolutely disgusting. Was absolutely exhausted and hungry last night so I grabbed a meal here consisting of a full chicken and sides. The chicken tasted like it was boiled not grilled. It had a soggy skin and so pale. Furthermore the rice side dish was very dry and tasteless.

Im a regular at garlitos sunninghill but the chicken that i got today had a funny sweet sauce which tasted nothing like the usual garlitos sauces. it somehow tasted like those backdoor chisanyama grill, i was so dissapointed. i didnt get any value for my money

Wow! Perfect service! Great value for your money, like literally for R69 I had 3 huge pieces of chicken and large chips! I don't remember when last did I eat with such an amount and fill my stomach! Keep this up guys, it's excellent 👏🏼 👌🏽 👍🏿

It's the best place I've ever went,the staff are excellent and the manager there always comes and checks up on you ,if we met your expectations and if not what can you do better next time.. overall the vibe in the store is spectacular. ps this is the only Galito I will ever drive 50km to just for the experience.
