Recently moved in, everything that could possibly go wrong did . The day we moved in agent couldn’t find the key . Spent 2 hours waiting outside for our house key . We had a leakage through our sealing, the developer owed money to protea metering which led to us having and issue with getting our lights on . Some of our doors didn’t close , our shower was leaking, when the electricity issue was solved plugs were tripping . It was a disaster. Had a horrible agent she didn’t know what she was doing at all . The move was a complete nightmare. Getting internet and network is an even bigger problem . The place uses protea metering for water and electricity (the worst service provider) . The complex is generally good and quiet. If you want to move in make sure you get a reliable agent who will assist you in getting fiber , electricity and water sorted before you move in .

DO NOT STAY AT EDEN SANDTON. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. YOU WON'T GET YOUR DEPOSIT AFTER 3 YEARS LIVING IN THE COMPLEX!!!

The view and atmosphere is quite lovely. Located near a river. Good security. And 5 min walk to shops and restaurants.

The issue of Fibre and DSTV ready is a complete rip off

This is an excellent lovely apartment to be in I have been living here for 2 years now For the lady who said she was robbed unfortunately I was away about that incident you should know the kind of people you invite your house you should not account of friends you keep there is no armed robbery in our community you have to ask yourself a question, I'm sorry to tell you that we are even happy to have you leave the community

Haven’t had electricity for 4 days because of this bloody place and protea metering !!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Poor management. The gyser hasn't been working for 5 days, it's been reported still no one has responded. It's ridiculous Good area, small cubbord space in kitchen. I like that it has a gas stove loadshedding isn't effecting me much. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I wish I had checked the reviews before moving 🗑️

Guys don’t even think of moving at Eden sandton.. you will regret it.. Since I’m black they don’t care about our complains. Electricity always tripping every week, and you must always have airtime to call protea metering cause Eden don’t want to change their switches.. if it’s not water its electricity. People are moving out from this complex don’t bother moving in

I lived at this complex for 3 years. Paying rent on time EVERY MONTH and I am still fighting for my deposit!!! Don’t bother, there’s way better complexes in the area. Just, read the other reviews
