Wow is not a suitable expression to describe Dr Jack. He is absolutely professional and nothing like you have ever experienced. I went in today with my wife and kid and he made us feel so welcome. His is made us feel so comfortable and treated us like old friends. He played good music while the producer was done and honestly made the entire procedure painless Never have we ever experienced anything like this from a service provider. Going to the dentist is a trip nobody looks forward to, but with Dr Jack you will want to go back just to enjoy the amazing experience. I have always heard horror stories about the pain associated with doing root canals & dreaded it. I [very] reluctantly did one today, not out of choice. To say that I was completely blown away by the experience thanks to Dr Shih & his team would be a grave understatement - I did not feel a thing, and was dozing in & out of sleep during the whole process. I absolutely hated Dentists based on all my past experiences but my experience this time around has left me pleasantly shocked. We have to give credit where it's due!

Dr Shih is a very skilled dentist. Before I treated the toothache, I was always afraid or even nervous, but during the whole process of root canal treatment, Dr Shih's superb technique, patient explanation, and skilled techniques refreshed me. Highly recommended, Dr Shih and his staff are extremely professional, compassionate and accommodating. He performed a double root canal on an 11 year old, in the chair. She coped wonderfully, all thanks to Dr Shih. He is meticulous in his work and definitely a perfectionist. Be prepared to be taken aback by their service excellence from the moment you enter the rooms, warm greeting by Mimi who makes you feel relaxed and at ease. His assistant Glenda is polite and gentle and finally Dr Shih who is honest, and simply extraordinary with his great sense of humour.
